Levosimendan Usage
1.Levosimendan is an optical isomer of simengtan and is a new positive inotropic drug.
2.Pharmaceutical raw materials.
3. It is a troponin calcium agonist and is indicated for the treatment of acute heart failure.
4. Levosimendan has both calcium ion sensitization activity and potassium channel opening action, so it has both myocardial contractility and anti-ischemia and vasodilation.
5. Clinical studies have confirmed that both cardiac output and vasodilation are reduced, and the heart’s front and rear load is reduced when the heart pump function is improved.
6. Patients who are treated with levosimendan can receive basic drugs such as vasodilators and diuretics.
