1. It is used as the main intermediate of hindered amine light stabilizer and synthesis hindered amine light stabilizer. It can also be used as an important intermediate of medicine, bleaching agent, epoxy resin crosslinking agent and other products.

2. Tetramethyl piperidine alcohol is an important intermediate in the synthesis of hindered amine light stabilizers. It is a white crystal powder at room temperature. It can be dissolved in acetone, ethanol, trichloromethane and other organic solvents. It is slightly soluble in water and has hygroscopicity.
