DAI skor sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, CA'n\u0131n farelerde kilo kayb\u0131, ishal ve kanl\u0131 d\u0131\u015fk\u0131 gibi semptomlar\u0131 iyile\u015ftirebilece\u011fini; patolojik skorlama sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ise CA'n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsak mukozas\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilece\u011fini, kript h\u00fccre hasar\u0131n\u0131 ve enflamatuar h\u00fccre infiltrasyonunu azaltabilece\u011fini, gland\u00fcler bozuklu\u011fu ve kaybolmay\u0131 hafifletebilece\u011fini ve enflamasyonu iyile\u015ftirebilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. \u00dclseratif kolit olu\u015fumu, enflamatuar fakt\u00f6rlerin dengesizli\u011fi ve anormal ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k tepkisi ile yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkilidir. \u00dcK hastalar\u0131nda kolonda pro-enflamatuar sitokin seviyeleri y\u00fckselmi\u015f ve anti-enflamatuar sitokin seviyeleri azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, bu da imm\u00fcn fonksiyon bozuklu\u011funa ve \u00dcK geli\u015fimine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.
