Modern farmakolojik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, Epimedium'un cinsel i\u015flevi uyarabildi\u011fini, insan ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rabildi\u011fini, kalbe kan ve oksijen tedarik dengesini d\u00fczenleyebildi\u011fini, kalp ve beyin iskemisini ve hipoksiyi iyile\u015ftirebildi\u011fini, hematopoetik i\u015flevi te\u015fvik edebildi\u011fini, osteoporozu \u00f6nleyip tedavi edebildi\u011fini ve ayr\u0131ca ya\u015flanma kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131, antiviral, anti-t\u00fcm\u00f6r, antidepresan, anti-enflamatuar ve di\u011fer etkilere sahip oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Epimedium'un kimyasal bile\u015fenleri aras\u0131nda flavonoidler, lignanlar, fenolik glikozitler, alkaloidler, polisakkaritler, u\u00e7ucu ya\u011flar, eser elementler, kromojenler, fenantren, antrakinon, tanenler, seskiterpenler, steroller vb. bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar aras\u0131nda icariin, Asahuoding A, Asahuoding B ve Asahuoding C gibi flavonoidler ana aktif bile\u015fenleridir. Temel bile\u015fen analizi, numune bilgilerinin kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan y\u00f6ntemlerden biridir. Farkl\u0131 Epimedium \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin kalitesini analiz etmek ve de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in temel bile\u015fen analizi kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve Epimedium'un s\u0131\u00e7anlarda b\u00f6brek yang eksikli\u011fi \u00fczerindeki koruyucu etkisi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Deney hayvanlar\u0131 rastgele Yang eksikli\u011fi modeli kontrol grubu (model grup), Jin Kui Shen Qi Wan m\u00fcdahale grubu (pozitif grup) ve Epimedium'un d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck (125 mg\/kg, YYH-LG), orta (250 mg\/kg, YYH-MG) ve y\u00fcksek (500 mg\/kg, YYH-HG) doz gruplar\u0131na ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00f6rt hafta sonra, b\u00f6brek yang\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n serumunda \u00fcrik asit (UA), kreatinin (CRE) ve \u00fcre azotu (BUN) \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadaki temel bile\u015fen analizi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, d\u00f6rt bile\u015fenden iki temel bile\u015fenin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir; birinci temel bile\u015fen icariin ve chaohuoding C ve ikinci temel bile\u015fen chaohuoding B'dir. Temel bile\u015fenlerin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ortalamas\u0131na katk\u0131 oran\u0131 kullan\u0131larak ve 12 parti Epimedium bitkisinin puanlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, 5 parti numunenin daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck puanlara sahip oldu\u011fu bulunmu\u015ftur, bu da 12 parti numunenin kalitesindeki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, b\u00f6brek yang\u0131 eksikli\u011finin koruyucu etkisi \u00fczerine bir sonraki ara\u015ft\u0131rma i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek puanl\u0131 Epimedium pilosum'u se\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nKlinik uygulamada, b\u00f6brek fonksiyonu bozuldu\u011funda, UA, CRE ve BUN seviyeleri de\u011fi\u015fecektir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, hidrokortizon ile ind\u00fcklenen s\u0131\u00e7an b\u00f6brek yang eksikli\u011fi deneysel nesne olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve UA, CRE ve BUN tespit g\u00f6stergeleri olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sonu\u00e7lar, YYH-LG grubu, YYH-MG grubu ve YYH-HG grubunun hepsinin UA, CRE ve BUN seviyelerini azaltabildi\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Genel olarak, YYH-LG grubu \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6stergelerde ve b\u00f6brek hasar\u0131nda iyi bir iyile\u015fme g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
