Literat\u00fcr taramas\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u015fu anda hem yurt i\u00e7inde hem de yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ikincil metabolitlerin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla ilgili herhangi bir rapor bulunmamaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcm bile\u015fikler Neoroussolella cinsi mantarlardan ilk kez izole edilmi\u015ftir. Bu bile\u015fiklerin yap\u0131sal tiplerine dayanarak, fenol ve t\u00fcrevlerinin bu mantar\u0131n ana karakteristik ikincil metabolitleri oldu\u011fu ve esas olarak poliketid biyosentez yolu ile \u00fcretildi\u011fi tahmin edilmektedir. Bile\u015fik 1, farkl\u0131 C-9 konfig\u00fcrasyonlar\u0131na sahip yap\u0131sal analoglara sahiptir.
