Bu deneyde incir flavonoidlerinin SGC-7901 h\u00fccrelerinde apoptozu inhibe etme mekanizmas\u0131 mRNA d\u00fczeyinde analiz edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130ncir yapra\u011f\u0131 flavonoidleri ile tedavi edilen SGC-7901 h\u00fccrelerinde CDK1, CDK2, CDK6 ve CyclinD1 genlerinin ifadesinin \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, E2F1 ifadesinin ise artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit ettik (bkz. \u015eekil 6B). \u00c7e\u015fitli t\u00fcm\u00f6r dokular\u0131nda, CDK'lar anormal \u015fekilde aktive olmu\u015f durumdad\u0131r ve CDK ekspresyonunun inhibe edilmesi kontrols\u00fcz t\u00fcm\u00f6r proliferasyonunu bask\u0131layabilir.
