Nihai \u00fcr\u00fcnde kalan benzoik asit miktar\u0131na g\u00f6re, dolgudaki salamura sebzeler yoluyla \u00e7\u00f6reklerin nihai \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcne girmesi daha olas\u0131d\u0131r. Aromal\u0131 soya fasulyesi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerindeki benzoik asidin de \u00fcst sos veya tur\u015fudan ta\u015f\u0131nma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha y\u00fcksektir.<\/p>\n<p>Haz\u0131r yemek end\u00fcstrisindeki sat\u0131\u015fa haz\u0131r makarna \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin \u00f6rnek \u00e7\u00f6reklerinde, ta\u015f\u0131ma prensibine uygun olarak soya sosu i\u00e7eri\u011finden ta\u015f\u0131nan sorbik asit bulunmaktad\u0131r. Yumurta sar\u0131s\u0131 aromal\u0131 dondurma \u00f6rnek i\u00e7eriklerinde b\u00fct\u00fcn yumurta tozu bulunmaktad\u0131r, b\u00fct\u00fcn yumurta tozu yumurta \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine aittir, yumurta \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde maksimum sorbik asit kullan\u0131m\u0131 1500 mg\/kg'd\u0131r, bu nedenle dondurmada tespit edilen sorbik asit i\u00e7eri\u011finin boyutuna g\u00f6re, dondurmadaki sorbik asidin b\u00fct\u00fcn yumurta tozundan getirilme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha y\u00fcksektir.
