Gingerol, 3-metoksi-4-hidroksifenil yap\u0131sal birimine ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc anti-enflamatuar aktiviteye sahip olan bitki zencefilinin ana kimyasal bile\u015fenidir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 10 gingerol ve 6-gingerol bile\u015fiklerinin anti-enflamatuar aktiviteye sahip oldu\u011funu ve kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
