\u00f6zelliklerinin tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>GB 2760 \"Terimler ve Tan\u0131mlar\" g\u0131da katk\u0131 maddelerini, g\u0131da kalitesini ve rengini, aromas\u0131n\u0131 ve tad\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra muhafaza, tazelik ve i\u015fleme ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u0131daya eklenen sentetik veya do\u011fal maddeler olarak tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>GB 2760 Ek D \"G\u0131da Katk\u0131 Maddelerinin Fonksiyonel S\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 \"nda yer alan \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u0131da katk\u0131 maddelerinin fonksiyonel tan\u0131mlar\u0131, g\u0131da katk\u0131 maddelerinin (i\u015fleme yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 dahil) \u015fekerleme, et \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ve un gibi g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine y\u00f6nelik oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>GB 2760 \"Terimler ve Tan\u0131mlar\" ve Ek D'deki i\u015flevsel a\u00e7\u0131klamalar ile birlikte, g\u0131da katk\u0131 maddelerinin \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u015flevlerinin (i\u015fleme yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 dahil) sadece g\u0131da \u00fczerinde etkili oldu\u011fu ve g\u0131da katk\u0131 maddelerinin \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u015flevlerinin g\u0131da katk\u0131 maddeleri \u00fczerinde etkili olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 (g\u0131da aromalar\u0131 hari\u00e7) g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durumda form\u00fclasyondaki etanol, hidrojene re\u00e7ine gliseridleri, amonyak, polidimetilsiloksan ve etil p-hidroksibenzoat fonksiyonlar\u0131 son g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcne (y\u00fczeyi i\u015flenmi\u015f taze
