Sphingomonas, Sphingomonas ve Curtobacterium cinslerinde sadece birer bakteri t\u00fcr\u00fc bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, 16SrDNA PCR DGGE tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 yoluyla, Xiangmaidong'un endofitik bakteri toplulu\u011fu yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, ilk ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f d\u00f6nemi, h\u0131zl\u0131 geni\u015fleme d\u00f6nemi ve yumrular\u0131n\u0131n olgun hasat d\u00f6nemi boyunca temelde ayn\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve su\u015f gruplar\u0131nda \u00e7ok az farkl\u0131l\u0131k oldu\u011funu ortaya koymu\u015ftur.
