Ultrasonik ekstraksiyon ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve ultra performans s\u0131v\u0131 kromatografisi (UPLC), 9 farkl\u0131 \u00fcretim alan\u0131ndan ve 3 farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrden bu 18 parti dut dal\u0131nda rutin, dut pigmenti, kaempferol, izoquercitrin ve dut kuersetin dahil olmak \u00fczere be\u015f flavonoid i\u00e7eri\u011fini belirlemek ve analiz etmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
