Bu \u00f6zelli\u011finden dolay\u0131 fruktoz \u015furubu serinletici i\u00e7ecekler ve di\u011fer so\u011fuk yiyecekler i\u00e7in uygundur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.3 Y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck<\/strong><br \/>\nFruktozun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fekerde en y\u00fcksektir, s\u0131cakl\u0131k 20 \u2103, 30 \u2103, 40 \u2103, 50 \u2103 oldu\u011funda, fruktozun s\u00fckroz i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 1.88 kat, 2.0 kat, 2.3 kat, 3.1 kat, glikoz \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00fckrozdan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr, fruktoz glikoz \u015furubu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 ile s\u00fckrozdan daha h\u0131zl\u0131d\u0131r (bkz.
