Kenevir ailesindeki Cannabis cinsinin y\u0131ll\u0131k otsu bir bitkisidir ve \u00c7in'de geleneksel bir ekonomik \u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u015eimdiye kadar, end\u00fcstriyel kenevirde bitki kannabinoidleri ve terpenler, fenoller, lipidler, alkaloidler vb. dahil olmak \u00fczere di\u011fer bitki bazl\u0131 aktif maddeler bulunmu\u015ftur. Bu bile\u015fenler aras\u0131nda, bitki kannabinoidlerindeki (bkz. \u015eekil 1) psikoaktif olmayan t\u0131bbi madde kannabidiol (CBD), epilepsi, otizm spektrum bozukluklar\u0131, anksiyete, depresyon ve anti-t\u00fcm\u00f6r tedavisinde iyi etkileri ile en belirgin \u015fekilde incelenmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nEnd\u00fcstriyel kenevirden CBD \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in iki ana y\u00f6ntem vard\u0131r: solvent ekstraksiyonu ve s\u00fcperkritik CO2 s\u0131v\u0131 ekstraksiyonu. \u015eu anda, end\u00fcstriyel kenevir bitkilerindeki CBD'nin kannabidiol asit (CBDA) yoluyla d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcreci ba\u015far\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, ancak ilgili d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm teorisi hakk\u0131nda \u00e7ok az rapor vard\u0131r.
