SulbactamUsage

1. β-lactamase inhibitor, which has strong irreversible inhibition on penicillinase and cephalosporinase.

2. Its antibacterial activity is very weak, so it is rarely used alone. It is often used in combination with other β-lactam antibiotics. It has obvious synergistic effect and is effective against most resistant bacteria.

3. Combined with cefoperazone to form a complex preparation of Sulperzon for the treatment of infection of resistant bacteria

4. Combined with ampicillin to form a composite preparation with ampicillin
