2008. szeptember 9-\u00e9n az Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi Miniszt\u00e9rium a K\u00ednai N\u00e9pk\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1g \u00e9lelmiszer-higi\u00e9niai t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny\u00e9vel \u00e9s az \u00faj \u00e9lelmiszer-alapanyagok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9re vonatkoz\u00f3 int\u00e9zked\u00e9sekkel \u00f6sszhangban az izomalt-keton-cukoralkoholt \u00faj er\u0151forr\u00e1s-\u00e9lelmiszerk\u00e9nt hagyta j\u00f3v\u00e1.

A fejleszt\u00e9s t\u00f6rt\u00e9nete<\/strong><\/p>\n

Az izomalt ketonos cukoralkohol m\u00e1s n\u00e9ven nemzetk\u00f6zi Paragin cukoralkohol vagy Epsom cukor, az izomalt ketonos cukor hidrog\u00e9nez\u00e9ssel \u00e9s tiszt\u00edt\u00e1ssal az egyetlen szachar\u00f3zb\u00f3l sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 bin\u00e1ris funkci\u00f3s cukoralkoholok.<\/p>\n
