Sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k in vivo \u00e9s in vitro kutat\u00e1sokban. A naringin diab\u00e9teszes nefrop\u00e1ti\u00e1ban (DN) bet\u00f6lt\u00f6tt szerep\u00e9vel kapcsolatban azonban jelenleg korl\u00e1tozottak a kutat\u00e1sok. A Fasudil jelenleg az els\u0151 \u00e9s egyetlen klinikai haszn\u00e1latra enged\u00e9lyezett ROCK-g\u00e1tl\u00f3. Er\u0151teljes \u00e9rt\u00e1g\u00edt\u00f3 hat\u00e1sa miatt sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben alkalmazz\u00e1k \u00e9rg\u00f6rcs\u00f6s betegs\u00e9gekben, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul subarachnoidalis v\u00e9rz\u00e9sben \u00e9s ischaemi\u00e1s sz\u00edvbetegs\u00e9gben. Hat\u00e9konyan k\u00f6t\u0151dik az ATP-f\u00fcgg\u0151 kin\u00e1zdom\u00e9nekhez, hogy blokkolja a ROCK-ot \u00e9s g\u00e1tolja a RhoA\/ROCK jel\u00e1tviteli \u00fatvonal jel\u00e1tvitel\u00e9t.
