Az Epimedium anyagi alapja viszonylag vil\u00e1gos, \u00e9s a f\u0151 hat\u00f3anyagok flavonolsz\u00e1rmaz\u00e9kok, amelyeknek demetil\u00e1lt icariin a sz\u00fcl\u0151magja, mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul icariin, icariin \u00e9s icariin, amelyeket sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben jelentettek a kutat\u00e1sban. Eddig sz\u00e1mos jelent\u00e9s sz\u00fcletett a flavonoid glikozidok t\u00f6megspektrometri\u00e1s fragment\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1r\u00f3l, de nincs olyan irodalom, amely az Epimedium jellegzetes \u00f6sszetev\u0151inek k\u00e9miai szerkezet\u00e9t a t\u00f6megspektrometri\u00e1s fragment\u00e1ci\u00f3s szab\u00e1lyokkal kombin\u00e1lja a m\u00e9lyrehat\u00f3 felt\u00e1r\u00e1shoz. Ebben a k\u00eds\u00e9rletben nagyfelbont\u00e1s\u00fa t\u00f6megspektrometri\u00e1t haszn\u00e1ltunk az Epimediumban tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 jellegzetes farmakol\u00f3giai flavonolok \u00f6t kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ba sorol\u00e1s\u00e1ra: aglikonok, monoglikozidok, diglikozidok, tri-glikozidok \u00e9s tetraglikozidok. A k\u00eds\u00e9rleti eredm\u00e9nyek seg\u00edts\u00e9get ny\u00fajtanak az ilyen \u00f6sszetev\u0151k min\u0151s\u00e9gi \u00e9s mennyis\u00e9gi elemz\u00e9s\u00e9hez \u00e9s az \u00faj vegy\u00fcletek szerkezeti azonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, tudom\u00e1nyos alapot ny\u00fajtva az Epimedium farmakol\u00f3giai anyagalapj\u00e1nak \u00e9s bioszintetikai t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyszer\u0171s\u00e9geinek tov\u00e1bbi tiszt\u00e1z\u00e1s\u00e1hoz.<\/p>\n<p>Az Epimedium K\u00edn\u00e1ban \u00e1ltal\u00e1nosan haszn\u00e1lt \u00e9s fontos toniz\u00e1l\u00f3 k\u00ednai gy\u00f3gyn\u00f6v\u00e9ny. B\u00e1r sz\u00e1mos jelent\u00e9s sz\u00fcletett az Epimedium farmakol\u00f3giai anyag\u00e1nak alapjair\u00f3l, jelenleg nincs olyan irodalom, amely elemzi \u00e9s \u00f6sszefoglalja ennek az \u00f6sszetev\u0151nek a k\u00e9miai szerkezet\u00e9t \u00e9s t\u00f6megspektrometri\u00e1s fragment\u00e1ci\u00f3s szab\u00e1lyait, ami nem seg\u00edti el\u0151 az \u00f6sszetev\u0151 min\u0151s\u00e9gi \u00e9s mennyis\u00e9gi elemz\u00e9s\u00e9t, a bioszintetikus szab\u00e1lyok felt\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s az \u00faj \u00f6sszetev\u0151k \u00e9s vegy\u00fcletek azonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t. Az \u00faj vegy\u00fcletek k\u00e9miai szerkezet\u00e9t a n\u00f6v\u00e9nyi sz\u00e9tv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s ut\u00e1n m\u00e9g meg kell hat\u00e1rozni nukle\u00e1ris m\u00e1gneses rezonancia spektroszk\u00f3pi\u00e1val.
