A n\u00f6v\u00e9nyi hat\u00f3anyagok enzimekkel t\u00e1mogatott extrakci\u00f3j\u00e1nak el\u0151nye, hogy k\u00f6rnyezetbar\u00e1t, k\u00f6rnyezetszennyez\u00e9s-mentes, nem m\u00e9rgez\u0151 \u00e9s \u00e1rtalmatlan. A term\u00e9szetes hat\u00f3anyagok enzimekkel t\u00e1mogatott extrakci\u00f3ja azonban \u00f6sszetett szil\u00e1rd-folyad\u00e9k f\u00e1zis\u00e1tad\u00e1si folyamat, \u00e9s a t\u00f6bb sejttartalom felold\u00e1sa t\u00f6bb szennyez\u0151d\u00e9s egyidej\u0171 bejut\u00e1s\u00e1t eredm\u00e9nyezheti a nyers kivonatba.
