Ez elm\u00e9leti alapot ny\u00fajt a mongol magyal sz\u0151r\u00f6s gy\u00f6kerekben l\u00e9v\u0151 metabolitok felhalmoz\u00f3d\u00e1s\u00e1nak \u00e9s \u00fatvonalainak elemz\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9s referenci\u00e1t ny\u00fajt a mongol magyalban a sz\u0151r\u00f6s gy\u00f6k\u00e9r \u00fatvonal\u00e1n kereszt\u00fcl a k\u00e9s\u0151bbiekben az akt\u00edv metabolitok el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ebben a tanulm\u00e1nyban az UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS technol\u00f3gi\u00e1t alkalmazt\u00e1k a mongol magyal sz\u0151r\u00f6s gy\u00f6kerein \u00e9s term\u00e9szetes gy\u00f6kerein v\u00e9gzett metabolizmus-elemz\u00e9shez. K\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fck 1455 \u00e9s 1095 metabolit volt felfel\u00e9 szab\u00e1lyozva. A k\u00e9t anyagcseret\u00edpus k\u00f6z\u00f6tti differenci\u00e1lis metabolitok f\u0151k\u00e9nt az aminosav-metabolizmus \u00e9s a m\u00e1sodlagos metabolitok bioszint\u00e9zis\u00e9nek \u00fatvonalaiban gazdagodtak. A m\u00e1sodlagos metabolitok bioszint\u00e9zis\u00e9nek \u00fatvonalai k\u00f6z\u00f6tt 11 metabolikus \u00fatvonal tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3, k\u00f6zt\u00fck a flavonoid\/flavonoid bioszint\u00e9zis, az alkaloid bioszint\u00e9zis, a \u03b2-lakt\u00e1m bioszint\u00e9zis \u00e9s a gl\u00fckozinol\u00e1t bioszint\u00e9zis.
