A Sphingomonas, a Sphingomonas \u00e9s a Curtobacterium nemzets\u00e9gekben csak egy-egy bakt\u00e9riumfaj tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A 16SrDNS PCR DGGE azonos\u00edt\u00e1sa r\u00e9v\u00e9n ez a tanulm\u00e1ny meg\u00e1llap\u00edtotta, hogy a Xiangmaidong endofita bakt\u00e9riumk\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g\u00e9nek szerkezete alapvet\u0151en azonos volt a gum\u00f3k kezdeti megjelen\u00e9si id\u0151szak\u00e1ban, a gyors terjeszked\u00e9si id\u0151szakban \u00e9s az \u00e9rett betakar\u00edt\u00e1si id\u0151szakban, \u00e9s a t\u00f6rzscsoportok k\u00f6z\u00f6tt alig volt k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9g.
