A PI3K egy intracellul\u00e1ris foszfoinozitol-kin\u00e1z, amely extracellul\u00e1ris jelstimul\u00e1ci\u00f3val aktiv\u00e1lhat\u00f3. A PI3K\/Akt jel\u00e1tviteli \u00fatvonal k\u00f3ros aktiv\u00e1ci\u00f3ja az egyik leggyakoribb r\u00e1kkelt\u0151 t\u00e9nyez\u0151. A h\u00e1rmas negat\u00edv eml\u0151r\u00e1kban a betegek k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 25%~30%-je rendelkezik PI3K\/Akt aktiv\u00e1ci\u00f3s mut\u00e1ci\u00f3val, ami azt jelenti, hogy a PI3K\/Akt jel\u00e1tviteli \u00fatvonal hat\u00e9kony c\u00e9lpontja lehet a TNBC kezel\u00e9s\u00e9nek.
