A viszonylag magas tartalm\u00fa aromakomponensek k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartozik a citronellol, a hidroxicitronellol, az eugenol, a linalool, az \u03b1-terpineol, a feniletanol, a nerol, a geraniol, a metil-eugenol stb. A r\u00f3zsasejtes folyad\u00e9k, a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 feldolgoz\u00e1si elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokkal nyert r\u00f3zsav\u00edz \u00e9s a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 gy\u00e1rt\u00f3kt\u00f3l sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 r\u00f3zsav\u00edz aromakomponensek relat\u00edv tartalma \u00e9s \u00f6sszet\u00e9tele k\u00f6z\u00f6tt k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9gek vannak.
