Ebben a vizsg\u00e1latban 70mg\/kg \u00e9s 140mg\/kg allantoin fenntartotta a petef\u00e9szek GSH Px \u00e9s SOD aktivit\u00e1s\u00e1t, \u00e9s jelent\u0151sen g\u00e1tolta az MDA-t, megv\u00e9dve a patk\u00e1ny petef\u00e9szkeket a CP \u00e1ltal kiv\u00e1ltott oxidat\u00edv stressz okozta petef\u00e9szek-k\u00e1rosod\u00e1st\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p>Az Nrf2 nukle\u00e1ris transzkripci\u00f3s faktor a CNC leucin cipz\u00e1r transzkripci\u00f3s aktiv\u00e1tor csal\u00e1dba tartozik, amely antioxid\u00e1ns aktivit\u00e1s induk\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1val v\u00e9di a feh\u00e9rjek\u00f3dol\u00f3 g\u00e9neket, \u00e9s szab\u00e1lyozza az oxidat\u00edv dezoxig\u00e9nez\u00e9si reakci\u00f3kat az intracellul\u00e1ris k\u00f6rnyezetben. A kutat\u00e1sok kimutatt\u00e1k, hogy a downstream c\u00e9lg\u00e9nek (HO-1, NQO1 stb.) expresszi\u00f3ja \u00f6sszhangban van az Nrf2 nukle\u00e1ris transzlok\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1val, ami nemcsak meger\u0151s\u00edti a Kelch like as social protein 1 (Keap1) - Nrf2 ARE \u00fatvonal r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel\u00e9t, hanem arra is utal, hogy a HO-1 \u00e9s az NQO1 kritikus szerepet j\u00e1tszik a redox homeoszt\u00e1zis fenntart\u00e1s\u00e1ban. Azonban 14 napos folyamatos adagol\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151en a pozit\u00edv hat\u00e1s\u00fa EV \u00e9s ALL 70mg\/kg d\u00f3zisban szignifik\u00e1nsan megn\u00f6velte az NQO1 expresszi\u00f3s szintj\u00e9t, ami arra utal, hogy a petef\u00e9szek s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9si stresszben is pozit\u00edv szerepet j\u00e1tszhatnak. Ez az eredm\u00e9ny \u00f6sszef\u00fcgghet az NQO1 stabilit\u00e1s\u00e1val, kett\u0151s akt\u00edv hely\u00e9vel \u00e9s nem enzimatikus aktivit\u00e1s\u00e1val. A HO-1 egy stresszre reag\u00e1l\u00f3 feh\u00e9rje, amely kataliz\u00e1lja a hemefeh\u00e9rj\u00e9k lebont\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s bilirubinn\u00e1 t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 \u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t.
