A mediterr\u00e1n t\u00e9rs\u00e9gben fontos olajn\u00f6v\u00e9ny, K\u00edn\u00e1ban pedig Gansu \u00e9s Yunnan az olajbogy\u00f3 f\u0151 term\u0151ter\u00fclete. Az olajfalev\u00e9l az olajfa termeszt\u00e9s\u00e9nek olcs\u00f3 mell\u00e9kterm\u00e9ke. Minden olajf\u00e1r\u00f3l \u00e9vente k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 25 kg levelet kell lev\u00e1gni, \u00e9s a betakar\u00edtott levelek \u00f6sszt\u00f6mege az olajbogy\u00f3 \u00f6sszt\u00f6meg\u00e9nek 10% r\u00e9sz\u00e9t teszi ki. Az ut\u00f3bbi \u00e9vekben nagy figyelmet kapott az enzimek kataliz\u00e1tork\u00e9nt val\u00f3 felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sa a mell\u00e9kterm\u00e9kek biotranszform\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1ban. A hagyom\u00e1nyos sav-b\u00e1zis hidrol\u00edzis m\u00f3dszerekkel \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edtva az oleuropein enzimatikus hidrol\u00edzis\u00e9nek el\u0151nye az enyhe reakci\u00f3k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek \u00e9s a kisebb k\u00f6rnyezetszennyez\u00e9s. Liu \u00e9s munkat\u00e1rsai cellul\u00e1zt haszn\u00e1ltak \u00e9lelmiszer-adal\u00e9kanyagk\u00e9nt glikozidos k\u00f6t\u00e9sek felbont\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00e9s az oleuropein hidrol\u00edzis\u00e9re, hogy hidroxitirozolt nyerjenek. Kiv\u00e1l\u00f3 fizikai \u00e9s k\u00e9miai tulajdons\u00e1gai, k\u00f6zt\u00fck az alacsony gy\u00fal\u00e9konys\u00e1g, az alacsony ill\u00e9konys\u00e1g, a k\u00f6nny\u0171 elk\u00e9sz\u00edthet\u0151s\u00e9g, a nagy oldhat\u00f3s\u00e1g \u00e9s az enzimekkel val\u00f3 nagyfok\u00fa kompatibilit\u00e1s miatt a DES-t egyre gyakrabban haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k nem toxikus extrakci\u00f3s \u00e9s old\u00f3szerk\u00e9nt. A legfontosabb dolog az, hogy az enzimek hajlamosak a szerves old\u00f3szerekben val\u00f3 inaktiv\u00e1l\u00f3d\u00e1sra, \u00e9s a DES mint old\u00f3szer megakad\u00e1lyozhatja ezt a jelens\u00e9get. Ez lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi azt is, hogy a DES helyettes\u00edtse a szerves old\u00f3szereket \u00e9s inkub\u00e1lja a cellul\u00e1zokat. A term\u00e9szetes HBA-b\u00f3l \u00e9s HBD-b\u0151l \u00e1ll\u00f3 DES-t NADES-nek nevezik, amely biztons\u00e1gosabb \u00e9s z\u00f6ldebb, mint a hagyom\u00e1nyos DES. A fenti kutat\u00e1si eredm\u00e9nyek azt mutatj\u00e1k, hogy a NADES j\u00f3 old\u00f3szer lehet az oleuropein cellul\u00e1z hidrol\u00edzis\u00e9hez.<br \/>\nEbben a tanulm\u00e1nyban hatf\u00e9le NADES-t \u00e1ll\u00edtottak el\u0151 kolin-klorid vagy betain mint HBA \u00e9s k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 t\u00edpus\u00fa poliolok mint HBD felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1val, \u00e9s vizsg\u00e1lt\u00e1k az oleuropein cellul\u00e1z hidrol\u00edzis\u00e9re gyakorolt hat\u00e1sukat.
