Ils ont attir\u00e9 beaucoup d'attention en raison de leurs fonctions antid\u00e9pressives, anti-inflammatoires, antiallergiques, antidiab\u00e9tiques, antivieillissement, anticanc\u00e9reuses et autres fonctions m\u00e9dicinales. La structure des flavono\u00efdes est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs fonctions biologiques. Les flavono\u00efdes O-m\u00e9thyl\u00e9s sont des flavono\u00efdes contenant le g\u00e8ne OCH3, qui jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la fixation de l'azote par les nodules des racines des plantes, dans l'attraction de la pollinisation par les insectes et dans d'autres processus de croissance et de d\u00e9veloppement, ainsi que dans les r\u00e9actions de r\u00e9sistance au stress telles que la r\u00e9sistance aux insectes, la r\u00e9sistance aux maladies et la r\u00e9sistance aux mauvaises herbes. La recherche a confirm\u00e9 que les flavono\u00efdes O-m\u00e9thyl\u00e9s ont des fonctions antioxydantes, anti-inflammatoires et anticanc\u00e9reuses plus fortes, ainsi qu'une biodisponibilit\u00e9 et une valeur m\u00e9dicinale plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. La flavono\u00efde O-m\u00e9thyltransf\u00e9rase (FOMT) appartient \u00e0 la sous-famille des O-m\u00e9thyltransf\u00e9rases (OMT) et catalyse la synth\u00e8se des flavono\u00efdes O-m\u00e9thyl\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des flavono\u00efdes. La FOMT est largement pr\u00e9sente dans les plantes. Cet article passe en revue la structure et la fonction des flavono\u00efdes O-m\u00e9thyl\u00e9s, ainsi que l'influence des groupes OCH3 sur leur fonction. Il r\u00e9sume l'\u00e9tat actuel de la recherche sur la FOMT et effectue une analyse bioinformatique afin de fournir des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour les recherches futures et le d\u00e9veloppement des applications des flavono\u00efdes O-m\u00e9thyl\u00e9s et de la FOMT.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis longtemps, la valeur m\u00e9dicinale et la r\u00e9gulation biosynth\u00e9tique des flavono\u00efdes v\u00e9g\u00e9taux ont fait l'objet d'une grande attention, mais la faible biodisponibilit\u00e9 des flavono\u00efdes limite leur d\u00e9veloppement m\u00e9dicinal. La modification de la m\u00e9thylation peut am\u00e9liorer la stabilit\u00e9 m\u00e9tabolique et la capacit\u00e9 de transport in vivo des flavono\u00efdes, renforcer leur biodisponibilit\u00e9 et compenser leurs lacunes dans les applications cliniques. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la recherche sur les flavono\u00efdes O-m\u00e9thyl\u00e9s et la FOMT dans les plantes est devenue un sujet d'actualit\u00e9. L'approfondissement de la recherche en g\u00e9nomique v\u00e9g\u00e9tale a permis de d\u00e9couvrir un grand nombre de g\u00e8nes FOMT chez les plantes, mais peu de g\u00e8nes FOMT ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement valid\u00e9s sur le plan fonctionnel. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, la recherche sur la FOMT adopte principalement la catalyse enzymatique in vitro, l'analyse des caract\u00e9ristiques biochimiques et d'autres m\u00e9thodes, et seuls quelques g\u00e8nes FOMT ont \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9s sur le plan fonctionnel in vivo. Les recherches sur la r\u00e9gulation de l'expression du g\u00e8ne FOMT sont encore plus rares.
