On les trouve dans diverses plantes dicotyl\u00e9dones telles que Scrophularia et Rehmannia, Gentiana dans Gentianaceae, Gardenia et Scutellaria dans Rubiaceae, et Lonicera japonica dans Lonicera japonica. Selon des statistiques incompl\u00e8tes, plus de 800 types de compos\u00e9s irido\u00efdes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s et identifi\u00e9s structurellement \u00e0 partir de plantes, la plupart d'entre eux \u00e9tant des composants glycosides. Il n'existe que plus de 60 compos\u00e9s irido\u00efdes non glycosidiques et plus de 30 compos\u00e9s irido\u00efdes \u00e0 anneau divis\u00e9. Les cycloterp\u00e8nes ont une double activit\u00e9 biologique. D'une part, ils ont un effet d\u00e9fensif sur certaines esp\u00e8ces v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, comme la r\u00e9ponse de d\u00e9fense des glycosides irido\u00efdes dans les plantes de Rehmannia contre Fusarium oxysporum ; d'autre part, ils ont divers effets pharmacologiques sur les animaux, comme des effets neuroprotecteurs, anti-h\u00e9patotoxiques, hypoglyc\u00e9miques, anti-inflammatoires, antispasmodiques, antitumoraux, antiviraux, r\u00e9gulateurs de l'immunit\u00e9 et laxatifs.<\/p>\n<p>Les cycloterp\u00e8nes sont des monoterp\u00e9no\u00efdes dans les compos\u00e9s terp\u00e9no\u00efdes, qui sont des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s ald\u00e9hydiques de l'odeur de fourmi. Ils poss\u00e8dent des anneaux binaires typiques, des liaisons ene et des liaisons \u00e9ther. Les terp\u00e8nes cycliques naturels sont souvent li\u00e9s \u00e0 des sucres pour former des structures glycosides de terp\u00e9no\u00efdes cycliques. Il n'existe aucun rapport sur les progr\u00e8s de la recherche en mati\u00e8re de modification structurelle et d'activit\u00e9 biologique des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s des \u00e9thers terp\u00e9niques de cyclohex\u00e8ne, que ce soit dans le pays ou \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. Cet article passe en revue les modifications structurelles, l'activit\u00e9 biologique, la relation structure-activit\u00e9 et le m\u00e9canisme d'action des \u00e9thers terp\u00e8nes de cyclohex\u00e8ne au cours des trente derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es en examinant un grand nombre de documents nationaux et \u00e9trangers. L'objectif est de pr\u00e9dire l'activit\u00e9 d'autres \u00e9thers terp\u00e8nes de cyclohex\u00e8ne dont l'activit\u00e9 est inconnue et de fournir une base th\u00e9orique pour le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 base d'\u00e9thers terp\u00e8nes de cyclohex\u00e8ne dot\u00e9s d'une activit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que monoterp\u00e8nes, les \u00e9thers terp\u00e9niques de cyclohex\u00e8ne ont diverses activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques importantes, des relations structure-activit\u00e9 complexes, des r\u00e9serves abondantes dans la nature et des processus d'extraction simples. Ils peuvent \u00eatre obtenus par synth\u00e8se chimique. Cependant, les recherches actuelles sur la plupart des compos\u00e9s irido\u00efdes se limitent encore \u00e0 la d\u00e9termination de leurs structures et \u00e0 l'analyse de certaines activit\u00e9s.
