Il s'agit de la feuille s\u00e9ch\u00e9e de la plante Epimedium L. du genre Berberidaceae. Elle a une nature chaude, un go\u00fbt \u00e9pic\u00e9 et sucr\u00e9 et appartient aux m\u00e9ridiens du foie et des reins. Il a pour effet de tonifier les reins et le yang, de renforcer les muscles et les os, de dissiper le vent et l'humidit\u00e9. En clinique, il est couramment utilis\u00e9 pour traiter l'infertilit\u00e9 masculine, l'ost\u00e9oporose et d'autres maladies. La base mat\u00e9rielle de l'Epimedium est relativement claire, et les principaux ingr\u00e9dients actifs sont des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de flavonol avec l'icariine d\u00e9m\u00e9thyl\u00e9e comme noyau parent, tels que l'icariine, l'icariine et l'icariine, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement rapport\u00e9s dans la recherche. L'auteur a d\u00e9couvert, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une analyse documentaire, que les groupes actifs de ce type de compos\u00e9s sont des groupes hydroxyles en positions C-3, C-7 et C-4, ainsi que des groupes isopent\u00e9nyles en position C-8. Au total, 54 m\u00e9tabolites secondaires structurellement actifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s par une r\u00e9action de transfert de m\u00e9thyle, une r\u00e9action de transfert de sucre, une r\u00e9action d'oxydor\u00e9duction, etc. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, de nombreux rapports ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s sur la fragmentation par spectrom\u00e9trie de masse des glycosides flavono\u00efdes, mais aucune litt\u00e9rature ne combine la structure chimique des composants caract\u00e9ristiques de l'Epimedium avec les r\u00e8gles de fragmentation par spectrom\u00e9trie de masse en vue d'une exploration approfondie. Dans cette exp\u00e9rience, la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour classer les flavonols pharmacologiques caract\u00e9ristiques de l'Epimedium en cinq cat\u00e9gories : aglycones, monoglycosides, diglycosides, triglycosides et t\u00e9traglycosides. Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux sont utiles pour l'analyse qualitative et quantitative de ces composants et l'identification structurelle de nouveaux compos\u00e9s, fournissant une base scientifique pour clarifier davantage la base de la substance pharmacologique et les lois de biosynth\u00e8se de l'Epimedium.<\/p>\n<p>L'Epimedium est une plante m\u00e9dicinale chinoise tonique importante et couramment utilis\u00e9e en Chine. Bien que de nombreux rapports aient \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s sur la base de la substance pharmacologique de l'Epimedium, il n'existe actuellement aucune litt\u00e9rature analysant et r\u00e9sumant la structure chimique et les r\u00e8gles de fragmentation de la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse de ce composant, ce qui n'est pas propice \u00e0 l'analyse qualitative et quantitative de ce composant, \u00e0 l'exploration des r\u00e8gles de biosynth\u00e8se et \u00e0 l'identification de nouveaux composants et compos\u00e9s. Cette \u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution pour analyser exp\u00e9rimentalement la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse secondaire de compos\u00e9s contenant des flavonols pharmacodynamiques isopent\u00e9nyl\u00e9s. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que ces compos\u00e9s rompaient d'abord la liaison glycosidique C-3 et le groupe ac\u00e9tyle de l'ext\u00e9rieur vers l'int\u00e9rieur dans la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse de la source ESI, puis la liaison glycosidique C-7 et le groupe ac\u00e9tyle de l'ext\u00e9rieur vers l'int\u00e9rieur, et enfin l'\u00e9limination du groupe isopent\u00e9nyle C-8 et du groupe m\u00e9thoxy C-4. Si la double liaison isopent\u00e9nyle en C-8 est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 un groupe isopent\u00e9nyle par addition d'eau, son comportement de fragmentation par spectrom\u00e9trie de masse d\u00e9shydrate d'abord, puis \u00e9limine le groupe alkyle. Si le groupe C-8 forme un anneau avec le groupe C-7, le fragment caract\u00e9ristique du groupe isopent\u00e9nyle ne sera pas produit. Les structures chimiques de deux nouveaux compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es sur la base des r\u00e8gles de fragmentation susmentionn\u00e9es, mais la capacit\u00e9 de la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution \u00e0 identifier les structures des isom\u00e8res pr\u00e9sente certaines lacunes. Les structures chimiques des nouveaux compos\u00e9s doivent encore \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par spectroscopie de r\u00e9sonance magn\u00e9tique nucl\u00e9aire apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9paration des plantes. D'apr\u00e8s la litt\u00e9rature, le groupe hydroxyle C-3 contenant des flavonols isopent\u00e9niques dans les plantes d'Epimedium est un site actif important, ce qui indique que la glycosylation du groupe hydroxyle C-3 est plus susceptible de se produire. En cons\u00e9quence, la liaison glycosidique sur ce site est \u00e9galement plus facilement rompue dans le comportement de la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse. Les liaisons glycosidiques appartiennent \u00e0 l'h\u00e9t\u00e9rolyse dans la fragmentation de la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse, ce qui signifie que la charge est in\u00e9galement r\u00e9partie pendant la fragmentation. Par cons\u00e9quent, la taille du moment dipolaire des liaisons glycosidiques dans ce type de d\u00e9riv\u00e9 peut \u00eatre un facteur important d\u00e9terminant la difficult\u00e9 de la fragmentation, ce qui n\u00e9cessite des recherches et des v\u00e9rifications suppl\u00e9mentaires de la part du groupe de recherche.
