Les r\u00e9sidus de cuir sont riches en composants fonctionnels tels que les fibres alimentaires et les flavono\u00efdes, et leur d\u00e9veloppement et leur utilisation sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour l'am\u00e9lioration de l'efficacit\u00e9 des entreprises et la protection de l'environnement.<br \/>\nLa trypsine est une enzyme digestive importante chez l'homme et l'animal, qui peut activer d'autres enzymes digestives et jouer un r\u00f4le crucial dans le processus m\u00e9tabolique.
