Par ailleurs, certaines esp\u00e8ces de ce genre sont \u00e9galement d'importants champignons endophytes, largement pr\u00e9sents dans la plupart des plantes dans la nature. Les champignons Phomopsis, en tant que champignons endophytes des plantes, peuvent produire une gamme vari\u00e9e de m\u00e9tabolites secondaires actifs, y compris l'\u03b1-pyranone, les terp\u00e8nes, les alcalo\u00efdes et les relaxants cellulaires. Ces compos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent non seulement des activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques telles que l'antifongique, l'antitumorale, la neuroprotection et l'inhibition de l'\u03b1-glucosidase, mais ils peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme r\u00e9gulateurs de la croissance cellulaire. Ils ont de vastes perspectives d'application dans les domaines de la m\u00e9decine et de l'agriculture.<br \/>\nHypericum ascyron L. est une plante de la famille des Primulaceae, appartenant au genre Hypericum. Elle est utilis\u00e9e comme plante m\u00e9dicinale et a pour effet d'arr\u00eater les saignements, de soulager la douleur et d'avoir des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antibact\u00e9riennes et anti-inflammatoires. Des rapports ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s sur la composition chimique du Camellia sinensis, notamment sur les flavono\u00efdes, les terp\u00e8nes et les triph\u00e9nylph\u00e9nols polycycliques substitu\u00e9s par des polyisopr\u00e8nes. Cependant, il existe peu de rapports sur les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires des champignons endophytes du Camellia sinensis. Notre groupe de recherche a obtenu un champignon endophyte, Phomopsis prunorum (F4-3), \u00e0 partir des feuilles de plantes de Camellia sinensis dans la r\u00e9gion de Shennongjia au stade pr\u00e9coce. Apr\u00e8s une fermentation et une culture \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que les produits de fermentation du riz pr\u00e9sentaient une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de types structurels. Des recherches ant\u00e9rieures sur ce champignon P De nouveaux sesquiterp\u00e8nes de myrrhe et des isocoumarines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts dans prunorum (F4-3), d\u00e9montrant une bonne activit\u00e9 contre les bact\u00e9ries pathog\u00e8nes agricoles. Des recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es sur les produits de fermentation du riz de prunorum (F4-3), et l'activit\u00e9 biologique des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires isol\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e afin de d\u00e9couvrir des compos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentant de nouveaux types structurels et des activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques significatives.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, la chromatographie sur colonne de gel de silice, la chromatographie sur colonne de gel et la CLHP semi-pr\u00e9parative ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es pour s\u00e9parer les P Six m\u00e9tabolites secondaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de prunorum (F4-3), y compris deux nouveaux compos\u00e9s \u03b1 - pyranone et deux compos\u00e9s dibenzo \u03b1 - pyranone connus, un compos\u00e9 isocoumarine et un compos\u00e9 alcalo\u00efde. Les structures des cha\u00eenes lat\u00e9rales des compos\u00e9s \u03b1-pyranones 1 et 2 contiennent toutes deux des fragments dihydroxyl\u00e9s adjacents, et les compos\u00e9s 4 \u00e0 6 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 partir de ce genre de champignons. L'\u00e9valuation de l'activit\u00e9 pharmacologique a montr\u00e9 que seul le compos\u00e9 3 avait une activit\u00e9 inhibitrice mod\u00e9r\u00e9e de l'alpha glucosidase, tandis que les compos\u00e9s 1 \u00e0 6 ne pr\u00e9sentaient pas d'activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne significative. Selon les rapports de la litt\u00e9rature, le compos\u00e9 3 pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une certaine activit\u00e9 cytotoxique et une activit\u00e9 de pi\u00e9geage du radical DPPH (IC50 de 46,5 \u03bc M), et a une faible activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne contre divers agents pathog\u00e8nes des plantes. Cette \u00e9tude n'a pas permis d'isoler des compos\u00e9s dont la composition chimique pr\u00e9sente des structures similaires \u00e0 celles du Camellia sinensis.
