De nombreux compos\u00e9s actifs structurellement nouveaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts dans les champignons du genre Alternaria, notamment des pyranones, des terp\u00e8nes, des st\u00e9rols, des polyc\u00e9tones aromatiques, des anthraquinones, des alcalo\u00efdes, des peptides, etc. Certains compos\u00e9s ont des activit\u00e9s biologiques telles que l'inhibition d'enzymes, la cytotoxicit\u00e9, l'antifongique, l'antioxydant et la promotion de la croissance des racines chez les plantes monocotyl\u00e9dones et dicotyl\u00e9dones. Parmi elles, les toxines d'Alternaria, telles que l'alternariol, l'\u00e9ther m\u00e9thylique d'alternariol et la tentoxine, pr\u00e9sentent une toxicit\u00e9 importante. Alternaria tenuissima est un champignon environnemental commun apparent\u00e9 \u00e0 A. Il y a relativement peu de recherches sur les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires de tenuissima. Dans notre \u00e9tude, Pan et al. ont obtenu A. \u00e0 partir de sources de s\u00e9diments en eau profonde. De nouveaux compos\u00e9s anthraquinoniques hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9s spirocycliques et contenant de l'azote ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de tenuissima DEFSCOS013.<br \/>\nAfin de rechercher de nouveaux antibiotiques, nous avons utilis\u00e9 Streptococcus agalactiae et Streptococcus iniae comme bact\u00e9ries indicatrices pour cribler un lot de champignons isol\u00e9s et identifi\u00e9s dans le tractus intestinal de tilapia pour leur activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne. Parmi eux, nous avons cribl\u00e9 une souche d'A. tenuissima SCSIO41701, qui a une activit\u00e9 inhibitrice significative sur la croissance de Streptococcus agalactiae et Streptococcus iniae. Cette \u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode de suivi de l'activit\u00e9 pour rechercher les compos\u00e9s actifs dans les produits de fermentation du milieu rizicole d'A. tenuissima SCSIO41701 qui inhibent la croissance de Streptococcus agalactiae et de Streptococcus iniae chez le tilapia.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, nous avons identifi\u00e9 par le suivi de l'activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne que le principal compos\u00e9 actif du champignon A. tenuissima SCSIO41701 qui inhibe la croissance de Streptococcus agalactiae et Streptococcus iniae chez le tilapia est l'aternariol \u00e0 haute teneur (1). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'analyse CLHP et \u00e0 l'analyse des plaques en couche mince, nous avons constat\u00e9 que les composants Fr.6~Fr.10 contiennent une grande quantit\u00e9 de compos\u00e9s 1 et 2, le compos\u00e9 1 \u00e9tant le pic principal. On suppose que les composants Fr.6~Fr.10 ayant une meilleure activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne exercent principalement des effets antibact\u00e9riens par l'interm\u00e9diaire du compos\u00e9 1. La raison de la distribution crois\u00e9e des compos\u00e9s 1 et 2 dans ces composants est due au fait que la teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en compos\u00e9s 1 et 2 est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement soluble dans le syst\u00e8me de solvants dichlorom\u00e9thane-m\u00e9thanol utilis\u00e9 pour le lavage lorsque l'extrait brut est s\u00e9par\u00e9 par une colonne de gel de silice en phase normale. Les compos\u00e9s 1 \u00e0 6 appartiennent tous \u00e0 la classe des benzopyranolides. En comparant leurs structures et leur activit\u00e9 anti streptococcique contre le tilapia, on suppose que la pr\u00e9sence d'un syst\u00e8me conjugu\u00e9 entre le groupe hydroxyle sur l'anneau benz\u00e9nique C-5 et C7~C10a joue un r\u00f4le important dans leur activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne.<br \/>\nLes compos\u00e9s 1 et 2 sont des toxines streptomycines courantes qui peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9es dans des aliments tels que les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les fruits, le colza, les graines de tournesol, les olives, etc. Les compos\u00e9s 1 et 2 ont tous deux une activit\u00e9 cytotoxique et peuvent induire des mutations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, entra\u00eenant des ruptures g\u00e9notoxiques des brins d'ADN in vitro et inhibant les topoisom\u00e9rases I et II \u03b1. En outre, le compos\u00e9 2 peut induire des mutations mitochondriales dans les cellules canc\u00e9reuses du c\u00f4lon humain. En outre, le compos\u00e9 1 a une bonne activit\u00e9 d'inhibition de Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus lactiae, Escherichia coli et Pseudomonas aeruginosa, avec des valeurs MIC de 8,82 \u03bc g\/mL. Il inhibe \u00e9galement fortement l'activit\u00e9 des champignons phytopathog\u00e8nes tels que la pourriture du pommier, le fl\u00e9trissement de la past\u00e8que, la pourriture grise de la tomate et le phytophthora du poivron, avec des valeurs CMI de 15,63, 7,82, 1,96 et 3.91 \u03bc g\/mL ; Le compos\u00e9 2 a \u00e9galement des effets antibact\u00e9riens sur Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Ralstonia lactis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa et Pseudomonas aeruginosa, avec des valeurs MIC50 de 28,83, 34,29, 27,08, 29,21 et 30,06 \u03bc g\/mL, respectivement.
