Bond Et Sing est un champignon poreux appartenant au genre Trichoderma, et sa fructification s\u00e9ch\u00e9e est l'un des champignons m\u00e9dicinaux, le Sanghuang. Il s'agit \u00e9galement d'une plante m\u00e9dicinale couramment utilis\u00e9e par le groupe ethnique Tujia et qui figure dans l'\u00e9dition 2009 des \"Normes de qualit\u00e9 pour la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise dans la province de Hubei\". Le Sanghuang est actuellement reconnu au niveau international comme l'un des meilleurs champignons m\u00e9dicinaux ayant des effets anticanc\u00e9reux. Comme le champignon utilis\u00e9 dans le Sanghuang, P linteus\uff0c Botrytis cinerea P Baumii et d'autres vari\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9troitement apparent\u00e9es de Lonicera japonica ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s comme ayant une activit\u00e9 anticanc\u00e9reuse. L'\u00e9quipe de recherche a men\u00e9 des \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9liminaires sur la composition chimique, l'activit\u00e9 antitumorale et le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 des organes de fructification de Lonicera japonica var. japonica. Toutefois, en raison de l'influence des conditions climatiques, de la r\u00e9partition g\u00e9ographique et des plantes h\u00f4tes, les ressources sauvages de Sanghuang sont rares et menac\u00e9es. La fermentation artificielle du Sanghuang permet de contr\u00f4ler et d'optimiser facilement divers facteurs influen\u00e7ant la croissance et d'obtenir des cultures stables et \u00e0 haut rendement. Afin d'explorer la valeur potentielle du remplacement des fructifications de Sanghuang sauvage par des cultures bact\u00e9riennes \u00e0 base de Sanghuang, et d'explorer les points communs entre les cultures de fermentation et les fructifications, cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 les composants chimiques du milieu de culture et du myc\u00e9lium de Lonicera japonica et a test\u00e9 l'activit\u00e9 antitumorale in vitro des compos\u00e9s monom\u00e8res, afin de fournir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le remplacement des fructifications par des cultures de Sanghuang afin d'obtenir des compos\u00e9s actifs pertinents.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, 10 compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de cultures liquides de champignons Lonicera japonica. \u00c0 l'exception des compos\u00e9s 5, 6 et 7, les 7 autres compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s de ce champignon pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Les compos\u00e9s 5 \u00e0 7 sont des compos\u00e9s d'ergost\u00e9rol, et il y a \u00e9galement un grand nombre de compos\u00e9s d'ergost\u00e9rol dans les organes de fructification de Lonicera japonica, ce qui indique que le myc\u00e9lium des champignons Sanghuang peut avoir le potentiel de remplacer les organes de fructification en termes de compos\u00e9s de st\u00e9rol. Les compos\u00e9s 1 \u00e0 4 sont des dipeptides cycliques. Des \u00e9tudes ont rapport\u00e9 l'isolement et l'identification de 14 compos\u00e9s de ce type dans le bouillon de fermentation et le myc\u00e9lium du champignon Firmicutes de Sanghuang. Toutefois, seuls des dipeptides cycliques (valine l\u00e9g\u00e8re) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s dans le corps fructif\u00e8re de Lonicera japonica, ce qui indique la pr\u00e9sence de dipeptides cycliques \u00e0 la fois dans le corps fructif\u00e8re et dans la culture de fermentation de Lonicera japonica. Par ailleurs, l'activit\u00e9 cytotoxique in vitro a montr\u00e9 que les compos\u00e9s 1 \u00e0 4 pr\u00e9sentaient des degr\u00e9s variables d'activit\u00e9 inhibitrice contre les lign\u00e9es cellulaires HGC-27 et RL95-2, le compos\u00e9 3 pr\u00e9sentant l'activit\u00e9 inhibitrice la plus forte, avec des valeurs IC50 de 6,69 \u03bc M et 12,81 \u03bc M, respectivement, contre les lign\u00e9es cellulaires HGC-27 et RL95-2. Les recherches ci-dessus indiquent que les m\u00e9tabolites et les organes de fructification dans la culture des champignons \u00e0 base de Sanghuang partagent certains composants chimiques et effets pharmacologiques communs.
