Le syst\u00e8me nerveux est le principal syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9gulation de l'organisme et, une fois endommag\u00e9, il est irr\u00e9versible. En raison du vieillissement de la population mondiale, les dommages caus\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 humaine par les maladies neurologiques telles que la maladie d'Alzheimer, la maladie de Parkinson, les accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux, l'\u00e9pilepsie et d'autres maladies neurologiques augmentent, et le taux d'incidence est de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et de plus en plus jeune. Cet article passe en revue les triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes t\u00e9tracycliques ayant une activit\u00e9 neuronale au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, y compris les types de structure, les sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, les activit\u00e9s neuropharmacologiques et les relations structure-activit\u00e9, fournissant ainsi une base scientifique et une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9dicaments contre les maladies neurologiques.<\/p>\n<p>Les triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes t\u00e9tracycliques sont largement r\u00e9pandus et disposent de ressources abondantes dans la nature. L'\u00e9tude de la relation structure-activit\u00e9 des triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes t\u00e9tracycliques se concentre principalement sur les sites de liaison li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur interaction avec les antagonistes NMDAR, ce qui indique que la modification structurelle et l'optimisation de leurs glycosides et glycosides \u00e0 cha\u00eene lat\u00e9rale peuvent conduire \u00e0 de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments monom\u00e8res neuroactifs hautement efficaces et \u00e0 faible toxicit\u00e9. La chromatographie liquide \u00e0 ultra haute performance combin\u00e9e \u00e0 de nouveaux d\u00e9tecteurs de spectrom\u00e9trie de masse tels que le spectrom\u00e8tre de masse \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution (HRMS), le spectrom\u00e8tre de masse quadripolaire \u00e0 temps de vol (QTOF), le spectrom\u00e8tre de masse \u00e0 pi\u00e8ge \u00e0 ions lin\u00e9aire (LTQ Orbitrap) et d'autres technologies de chromatographie liquide et de spectrom\u00e9trie de masse permettent de purifier et de s\u00e9parer efficacement les substances. D'autre part, il est n\u00e9cessaire de combiner les techniques analytiques modernes telles que le criblage \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit et la conception de m\u00e9dicaments assist\u00e9e par ordinateur pour \u00e9tudier la relation structure-activit\u00e9, rechercher des compos\u00e9s principaux de triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes t\u00e9tracycliques ayant une activit\u00e9 neuronale, modifier et optimiser leurs structures afin d'obtenir de nouveaux compos\u00e9s efficaces et peu toxiques pour le d\u00e9veloppement et la production de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments.<br \/>\nEn r\u00e9sum\u00e9, les triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes t\u00e9tracycliques ont montr\u00e9 un potentiel dans les m\u00e9canismes pharmacologiques et les divers aspects du traitement des maladies neurologiques.
