L'habitat diversifi\u00e9 et le statut \u00e9volutif primitif des \u00e9ponges leur permettent de produire et d'accumuler un grand nombre de m\u00e9tabolites secondaires structurellement nouveaux ayant diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s biologiques telles que l'anti-tumorale, l'antiparasitaire, l'antivirale, l'antibact\u00e9rienne, l'anti-inflammatoire et la r\u00e9gulation immunitaire. Elles constituent la principale source de produits naturels marins. La mer de Chine m\u00e9ridionale est vaste et constitue l'une des zones de concentration des \u00e9ponges dans le monde. Depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, les \u00e9ponges de la mer de Chine m\u00e9ridionale sont un sujet d'actualit\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9tude de la chimie des produits naturels marins. D\u00e8s 1933, le professeur Bergmann de l'universit\u00e9 de Yale, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tudier la composition chimique des \u00e9ponges et en a obtenu des composants st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens. En 1951, il a isol\u00e9 des compos\u00e9s nucl\u00e9osidiques tels que la spongothymidine et la spongouridine de l'\u00e9ponge Phyllospongia sp. L'ad\u00e9nosine, m\u00e9dicament antiviral, et la cytarabine, m\u00e9dicament anticanc\u00e9reux, sont des analogues synth\u00e9tiques de la spongothimidine. Le laulimalide, le peloruside A, le salicylihalimide A, les variolines et les dictyodendrines obtenus \u00e0 partir de la recherche sur les \u00e9ponges ont fait l'objet d'\u00e9tudes pr\u00e9cliniques en tant que m\u00e9dicaments antitumoraux.<br \/>\nL'objet de recherche de cet article est Phyllospongia sp, une \u00e9ponge appartenant \u00e0 la classe des Demospongiae, \u00e0 l'ordre des Dictyoceratida et \u00e0 la famille des Spongidae. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, de nombreux groupes de recherche nationaux et \u00e9trangers ont men\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie d'\u00e9tudes sur cette \u00e9ponge et ont isol\u00e9 de nombreux m\u00e9tabolites secondaires structurellement nouveaux, notamment des sesquiterp\u00e8nes, des st\u00e9ro\u00efdes, des \u00e9thers diph\u00e9nyliques, des glyc\u00e9rolipides et des c\u00e9ramides. La plupart d'entre eux contiennent des sesquiterp\u00e8nes et des st\u00e9ro\u00efdes uniques de type scalarane t\u00e9tracyclique ou pentacyclique. Cependant, il existe peu de rapports sur son activit\u00e9 biologique. Afin de mieux \u00e9lucider les composants bioactifs de Phyllosponia sp., diverses techniques modernes de chromatographie et de spectroscopie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es dans cette exp\u00e9rience pour \u00e9tudier les compos\u00e9s isol\u00e9s de l'\u00e9ther de p\u00e9trole et de l'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle de l'extrait, et pour cribler leur activit\u00e9 cytotoxique. Cela a permis d'enrichir la composition de Phyllosponia sp. et de jeter les bases du d\u00e9veloppement et de l'utilisation des composants actifs de cette \u00e9ponge \u00e0 l'avenir.<br \/>\nimage<br \/>\nimage<br \/>\nDans cet article, les constituants chimiques de Phyllospongia sp. r\u00e9colt\u00e9s dans les \u00eeles Xisha de la mer de Chine m\u00e9ridionale ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. Huit st\u00e9ro\u00efdes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s de l'\u00e9ther de p\u00e9trole et du dichlorom\u00e9thane pour la premi\u00e8re fois, et leur cytotoxicit\u00e9 pour MCF-7 (cellules de cancer du sein humain), HT-29 (cellules de cancer du c\u00f4lon humain) et Hep-2 (cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales de cancer du larynx humain) a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e par la m\u00e9thode MTT. Parmi eux, les compos\u00e9s 1, 3, 4, 6 et 8 \u00e9taient faibles contre les cellules canc\u00e9reuses du c\u00f4lon humain HT-29, avec une IC50 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 83 \u03bc mol\/L ; les compos\u00e9s 1, 2 et 7 ont montr\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 cytotoxique significative contre les cellules MCF-7, avec des valeurs IC50 de 8,8, 10,3 et 3,9 \u03bc mol\/L, respectivement ; le compos\u00e9 2 pr\u00e9sente une bonne activit\u00e9 cytotoxique contre Hep-2, avec une IC50 de 10,6 \u03bc mol\/L. Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux ont montr\u00e9 que l'activit\u00e9 cytotoxique du compos\u00e9 7 \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du groupe cisplatine, le m\u00e9dicament t\u00e9moin positif. En raison de la faible teneur de ce compos\u00e9 et de l'absence de litt\u00e9rature faisant \u00e9tat d'une activit\u00e9 significative, il a le potentiel de devenir un nouveau m\u00e9dicament anti-tumoral par le biais d'une modification structurelle ou d'une synth\u00e8se organique.
