De nombreux champignons de grande taille (commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s champignons) sont des sources de nombreux produits naturels structurellement nouveaux et\/ou tr\u00e8s actifs, et Ganoderma lucidum, de la famille des Polyporus, est l'un d'entre eux.<br \/>\nLe lingzhi est une fructification s\u00e9ch\u00e9e de diverses esp\u00e8ces de lingzhi de la famille des polypores de l'embranchement des basidiomyc\u00e8tes. Il s'agit d'un champignon m\u00e9dicinal et comestible commun en Chine, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois comme m\u00e9dicament dans le \"Shennong Bencao Jing\". Son utilisation m\u00e9dicinale remonte \u00e0 plus de mille ans. Depuis les ann\u00e9es 1950, la culture artificielle des fructifications de Ganoderma lucidum a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Avec le d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie de culture par fermentation profonde du myc\u00e9lium de Ganoderma lucidum, la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement de Ganoderma lucidum sont devenus de plus en plus r\u00e9pandus. Le Ganoderma lucidum est riche en composants chimiques, notamment en polysaccharides, en prot\u00e9ines, en acides organiques, en alcalo\u00efdes \u00e0 petites mol\u00e9cules, en sesquiterp\u00e8nes, en triterp\u00e8nes et en st\u00e9ro\u00efdes. Ces compos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent diverses activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques, telles que des effets anti-inflammatoires, antitumoraux et antioxydants. Les triterp\u00e8nes sont les principaux m\u00e9tabolites secondaires actifs dans les organes de fructification de Ganoderma lucidum. Ils pr\u00e9sentent un large \u00e9ventail d'activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques et attirent progressivement l'attention du public. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, les triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes isol\u00e9s de Ganoderma lucidum sont principalement des t\u00e9tracyclolanostanes conjugu\u00e9s 6\/6\/6\/5, dont le nombre total est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 200. Au d\u00e9but, nous avons d\u00e9couvert un grand nombre de nouveaux triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes, une petite quantit\u00e9 d'alcalo\u00efdes et de sesquiterp\u00e8nes \u00e0 partir de diff\u00e9rents types de Ganoderma lucidum. Afin de mieux comprendre la base de la substance pharmacologique de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise Ganoderma lucidum et d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'utilisation de ses ressources, cette \u00e9tude a isol\u00e9, purifi\u00e9 et identifi\u00e9 structurellement les composants chimiques de la fraction d'\u00e9thanol 95% des corps fructif\u00e8res de Ganoderma lucidum, et a test\u00e9 l'activit\u00e9 antitumorale in vitro des compos\u00e9s isol\u00e9s, afin de d\u00e9couvrir des mol\u00e9cules actives pr\u00e9sentant un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la recherche.<\/p>\n<p>Le poids mol\u00e9culaire relatif des triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes de Ganoderma lucidum est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compris entre 400 et 600, et les groupes fonctionnels contenant de l'oxyg\u00e8ne tels que l'hydroxyle, le carboxyle, la c\u00e9tone, le m\u00e9thoxy, l'ac\u00e9toxy, etc. sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9sents sur le noyau m\u00e8re. Selon le nombre d'atomes de carbone sur le squelette, les triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes de Ganoderma peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en C30, C27 et C24 ; selon les diff\u00e9rents groupes fonctionnels et structures de cha\u00eenes lat\u00e9rales connect\u00e9s, ils peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en plusieurs cat\u00e9gories telles que les acides ganod\u00e9riques, les alcools, les ald\u00e9hydes, les lactones, etc. En extrayant et en s\u00e9parant les corps fructif\u00e8res de Ganoderma lucidum (G. lingzhi), un total de cinq triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes lanostanes hautement oxyd\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu. Parmi eux, les compos\u00e9s 1 et 2 sont de nouveaux triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes lanostane 24, appartenant \u00e0 la classe C27 avec le compos\u00e9 3 ; les compos\u00e9s 4 et 5 appartiennent \u00e0 la classe C24 des triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes lanostane. Les triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes de Ganoderma lucidum ont des structures complexes et diverses, et pr\u00e9sentent des activit\u00e9s biologiques riches, en particulier une activit\u00e9 antitumorale. Par cons\u00e9quent, les compos\u00e9s 1 \u00e0 5 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s pour leur activit\u00e9 antitumorale in vitro (HL-60 A549\u3001SMMC-7721\u3001MCF-7\u3001SW480)\uff0c mais aucun d'entre eux n'a montr\u00e9 d'activit\u00e9 cytotoxique significative. G. Lingzhi est une nouvelle esp\u00e8ce de Ganoderma lucidum propos\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois par le professeur Dai Yucheng en 2012, et consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par la suite comme apparent\u00e9e \u00e0 G Schuensei, qui est de la m\u00eame vari\u00e9t\u00e9, et il existe relativement peu de rapports sur sa composition chimique.
