Ce sont les principaux composants qui exercent des activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques dans les deux genres de plantes. Les alcalo\u00efdes h\u00e9t\u00e9rost\u00e9ro\u00efdiens ont une structure de niche et une quantit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e, mais leur structure unique et leur activit\u00e9 pharmacologique continuent d'attirer l'attention des chercheurs tant au niveau national qu'international. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la recherche sur les alcalo\u00efdes st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens naturels avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9sum\u00e9e avant 2006, cet article passe en revue les sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, les structures chimiques et les activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques de 80 alcalo\u00efdes st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9couverts entre 2006 et 2020, afin de fournir une base scientifique pour la poursuite de la recherche et du d\u00e9veloppement des composants des alcalo\u00efdes st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens.<\/p>\n<p>Les alcalo\u00efdes isost\u00e9ro\u00efdiens sont les principaux m\u00e9tabolites secondaires des plantes de la famille des Liliac\u00e9es, y compris les genres Fritillaria et Resveratrol. Ils ont de vastes perspectives d'application dans les domaines anti-inflammatoire, analg\u00e9sique, antihypertenseur, antiasthmatique, antithrombotique, inhibiteur de la cholinest\u00e9rase, antiviral et antitumoral. Cependant, la faible teneur et la difficult\u00e9 d'isolement de la plupart des composants des alcalo\u00efdes st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens dans les plantes limitent le d\u00e9veloppement approfondi de la relation structure-activit\u00e9 des alcalo\u00efdes st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens ; la plupart des recherches se concentrent sur des cibles et des activit\u00e9s uniques, sans \u00e9tudes syst\u00e9matiques sur leurs m\u00e9canismes multi-cibles. Par cons\u00e9quent, l'auteur sugg\u00e8re que l'exploration des directions de recherche suivantes soit approfondie : (1) continuer \u00e0 mener des recherches chimiques sur les plantes du m\u00eame genre dont les composants sont inconnus, et am\u00e9liorer la diversit\u00e9 structurelle des alcalo\u00efdes st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens ; explorer la composition chimique et la valeur m\u00e9dicinale des diff\u00e9rentes parties de la m\u00eame plante, en particulier les parties de recherche du genre Fritillaria sont presque toutes des bulbes, et il y a peu d'\u00e9tudes sur d'autres parties telles que les fleurs, les fruits, les tiges et les feuilles ; s\u00e9paration pr\u00e9cise des groupes de compos\u00e9s cibles en utilisant des techniques telles que la mise en r\u00e9seau mol\u00e9culaire, la LC-MS, la p\u00eache aux ligands, etc. (2) Il est urgent de surmonter la courte voie et m\u00e9thode de synth\u00e8se totale des alcalo\u00efdes non st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens efficaces (tels que le cyclophosphamide), et la modification de la transformation semi-synth\u00e9tique entre les alcalo\u00efdes non st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens \u00e0 haute teneur et \u00e0 haute activit\u00e9 m\u00e9rite d'\u00eatre \u00e9tudi\u00e9e.
