Le sol contient d'abondantes ressources microbiennes et constitue l'un des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes microbiens les plus complexes de la plan\u00e8te. En raison du lien \u00e9troit entre les champignons, le sol et les racines des plantes, ils participent conjointement \u00e0 l'absorption, \u00e0 la conservation et au cycle des nutriments et poss\u00e8dent des voies m\u00e9taboliques uniques, ce qui entra\u00eene la production de m\u00e9tabolites structurellement nouveaux et biologiquement actifs. La composition chimique et l'activit\u00e9 du champignon du sol Aspergillus fumigatus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9es. Mohamad et al. ont isol\u00e9 et identifi\u00e9 8 compos\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires du champignon du sol Aspergillus fumigatus 3T-EGY. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que son mat\u00e9riau gras avait un effet de pi\u00e9geage sur les radicaux DPPH (IC50=3,3mg\/mL), ABTS+ (IC50=0,094mg\/mL) et OH (IC50=1,8mg\/mL). Par cons\u00e9quent, cette \u00e9tude a men\u00e9 des recherches sur la composition chimique et des tests d'activit\u00e9 antioxydante sur l'extrait ferment\u00e9 de la couche d'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle des champignons du sol, jetant les bases du d\u00e9veloppement et de l'utilisation d'ingr\u00e9dients actifs de cette souche \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>\n<p>Cet article a permis d'isoler et d'identifier 13 compos\u00e9s de la couche d'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle du champignon du sol Aspergillus niger par le biais d'une culture de fermentation en milieu solide. Parmi eux, les compos\u00e9s 1, 5, 8, 11, 12 et 13 sont tous des polyk\u00e9tides, les compos\u00e9s 6, 7, 9 et 10 sont des st\u00e9ro\u00efdes, et les compos\u00e9s 3 et 4 sont d'autres types. Parmi eux, \u00e0 l'exception du compos\u00e9 6, tous les autres compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 partir du produit de fermentation solide de cette souche. Les compos\u00e9s isol\u00e9s et identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du champignon du sol Aspergillus niger sont principalement des polyk\u00e9tides et des st\u00e9ro\u00efdes, et leur activit\u00e9 antioxydante a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e. Le compos\u00e9 polyk\u00e9tide 8 a un certain effet de pi\u00e9geage sur les radicaux DPPH, ABTS+ et OH, tandis que les compos\u00e9s 11 et 12 ont un effet de pi\u00e9geage sur les radicaux DPPH et ABTS+. L'activit\u00e9 de pi\u00e9geage des radicaux libres indique que les groupes hydroxyles aromatiques sont importants pour l'activit\u00e9 de pi\u00e9geage des radicaux libres, mais les compos\u00e9s st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens 6, 9 et 10 n'ont pas d'effet de pi\u00e9geage sur le DPPH et n'ont qu'un fort effet de pi\u00e9geage sur les radicaux OH. Des \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures ont montr\u00e9 que les compos\u00e9s st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens n'ont pas d'effet de pi\u00e9geage sur le DPPH, mais qu'ils ont un fort effet sur les radicaux OH. Les compos\u00e9s polyk\u00e9tidiques ont une forte activit\u00e9 contre le DPPH, et les compos\u00e9s st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens et polyk\u00e9tidiques sont les principaux ingr\u00e9dients actifs antioxydants de l'Aspergillus niger. Les compos\u00e9s polyk\u00e9tidiques ont certains effets antioxydants car les substituants des polyk\u00e9tides et des flavono\u00efdes sont similaires. Selon la th\u00e9orie des radicaux libres, les groupes hydroxyle ph\u00e9noliques sont fortement r\u00e9ductibles, et les compos\u00e9s polyk\u00e9tidiques sont principalement des structures multihydroxyle dot\u00e9es d'une forte capacit\u00e9 antioxydante.
