Euphorbia royleana Boiss est une plante de la famille des Euphorbiaceae, appartenant au genre Euphorbiaceae, et poss\u00e8de une petite toxine. Selon la litt\u00e9rature, cette plante contient des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires tels que des diterp\u00e8nes, des triterp\u00e8nes, des st\u00e9ro\u00efdes et des compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques. Des documents indiquent que le fouet Bawang a pour effet de dissiper le vent, de r\u00e9duire les inflammations, de pr\u00e9venir la corrosion et de tuer les bact\u00e9ries. Cependant, aucun rapport n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 sur l'activit\u00e9 l\u00e9tale des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires du Tyrannosaurus rex. Afin de d\u00e9velopper et d'utiliser pleinement les ressources du fouet de Bawang, cette exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la composition chimique et l'activit\u00e9 l\u00e9tale de la plante enti\u00e8re du fouet de Bawang.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur la composition chimique et l'activit\u00e9 pharmacologique du fouet Bawang. Quinze compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de l'extrait d'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle de son extrait de m\u00e9thanol, dont des triterp\u00e8nes (1-5), des flavono\u00efdes (6-8), des st\u00e9ro\u00efdes (9-11), des ph\u00e9nols (12), des alcools gras (13), des diterp\u00e8nes lin\u00e9aires (14) et des acides gras (15). Les compos\u00e9s 1-14 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s pour leur activit\u00e9 l\u00e9tale contre les insectes halog\u00e9n\u00e9s, et les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux ont montr\u00e9 que tous les compos\u00e9s 1-14 pr\u00e9sentaient une activit\u00e9 l\u00e9tale contre les insectes halog\u00e9n\u00e9s. Parmi eux, le compos\u00e9 4 avait une activit\u00e9 plus forte avec une DL50 de 7,687 \u03bc M, et les compos\u00e9s 8 (st\u00e9ro\u00efdes) et 14 (diterp\u00e8nes lin\u00e9aires) avaient de meilleurs effets que le compos\u00e9 3 (triterp\u00e8nes). Par rapport aux \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes qui n'ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 que la composition chimique de la partie latex de la plante Euphorbiaceae, et l'activit\u00e9 l\u00e9tale des plantes halophiles de la famille Euphorbiaceae a \u00e9t\u00e9 limit\u00e9e aux extraits de m\u00e9thanol ou d'\u00e9thanol, cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la composition chimique d'autres parties de la plante Euphorbiaceae, et l'activit\u00e9 l\u00e9tale des plantes halophiles a fait l'objet d'une \u00e9tude pr\u00e9liminaire pour des compos\u00e9s individuels, ce qui a permis dans une certaine mesure d'enrichir la composition chimique de la plante Euphorbiaceae et la recherche sur l'activit\u00e9 pharmacologique des plantes Euphorbiaceae. Afin de d\u00e9velopper et d'utiliser raisonnablement les ressources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, il est n\u00e9cessaire de mener d'autres recherches syst\u00e9matiques sur les ingr\u00e9dients actifs du fouet Bawang, d'explorer en profondeur son m\u00e9canisme d'activit\u00e9 et de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une v\u00e9rification de l'activit\u00e9 in vivo.
