Ils sont r\u00e9colt\u00e9s en juillet, lorsque la peau est encore verte. Le Citrus aurantium est de nature l\u00e9g\u00e8rement froide, avec un go\u00fbt amer, piquant et aigre. Il a pour fonction de r\u00e9guler le qi, de favoriser la stagnation et de r\u00e9duire les ballonnements. Elle est actuellement reconnue comme l'un des moyens techniques les plus efficaces pour \u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 globale de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise. Cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9tabli des spectres d'empreintes digitales par chromatographie liquide \u00e0 haute performance (CLHP) de 11 mati\u00e8res m\u00e9dicinales de Fructus Aurantii, a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 la teneur de 13 composants chimiques et a \u00e9valu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re exhaustive leur qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide de la st\u0153chiom\u00e9trie multimodale, dans le but de fournir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l'\u00e9valuation et le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 des mati\u00e8res m\u00e9dicinales de Fructus Aurantii.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette exp\u00e9rience a utilis\u00e9 la CLHP pour \u00e9tablir les spectres d'empreintes digitales de 11 \u00e9chantillons de Fructus Aurantii, et a combin\u00e9 l'analyse quantitative, l'\u00e9valuation de la similarit\u00e9, l'analyse en composantes principales et l'analyse discriminante pour \u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 des 11 \u00e9chantillons. Cette m\u00e9thode est simple et pr\u00e9cise, et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour une \u00e9valuation compl\u00e8te de la qualit\u00e9 du Fructus Aurantii. Le pourcentage de qualit\u00e9 de la naringine et de la n\u00e9ohesp\u00e9ridine dans le Fructus Aurantii provenant de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions est \u00e9lev\u00e9 ; le spectre de l'empreinte HPLC pr\u00e9sente 16 pics communs, et 11 \u00e9chantillons de Fructus Aurantii pr\u00e9sentent une bonne similarit\u00e9.
