Le genre Hydrangea compte 10 esp\u00e8ces, et les recherches actuelles sur les polysaccharides de l'Hydrangea se concentrent principalement sur deux esp\u00e8ces, \u00e0 savoir Sparassis crispa et Sparassis latifolia. Les polysaccharides contenus dans les streptocoques sont abondants et constituent leur principale substance bioactive. Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que les polysaccharides de Streptococcus ont des effets antitumoraux, des fonctions de r\u00e9gulation immunitaire intestinale et des effets antioxydants. La structure des polysaccharides est \u00e0 la base de leur activit\u00e9 biologique, selon les rapports. Le principal polysaccharide de la crispa est le \u03b2 - (1 \u2192 3) - D-glucane ramifi\u00e9, mais son poids mol\u00e9culaire (200kDa) est relativement important et difficile \u00e0 dissoudre dans l'eau. S. Les polysaccharides isol\u00e9s de Latifolia sont principalement compos\u00e9s de glucose, mannose, galactose, xylose et fructose. Par rapport \u00e0 d'autres esp\u00e8ces du genre Hydrangea, il n'existe actuellement aucun rapport pertinent au niveau national et international. Les ressources sauvages de Streptococcus sont rares, et la recherche sur un plus grand nombre de petites esp\u00e8ces peut aider \u00e0 exploiter leur potentiel pour un meilleur d\u00e9veloppement et une meilleure application.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le du processus d'extraction du sucre total de Streptococcus mutans dans les montagnes subalpines a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu comme Y=14,84+2,29X1+0,14X2-0,59X3-2,54X1X2-0,10X1X3+0,80X2X3-1,52X12+0,01X22-1,08X32. Les conditions optimales d'extraction ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues (rapport liquide\/mati\u00e8re=80mL\/g, dur\u00e9e d'extraction=60min, temp\u00e9rature d'extraction=70 \u2103), et le taux d'extraction dans ces conditions \u00e9tait de (18,21 \u00b1 0,68)%. Un polysaccharide hydrosoluble SSP a \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9 et purifi\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de Streptococcus subalpina, avec un rendement de 10,50%. Les composants du SSP sont homog\u00e8nes et contiennent des groupes fonctionnels caract\u00e9ristiques de substances glucidiques avec une teneur en sucre de 99,30%. Il ne contient pas de prot\u00e9ines ni d'acides nucl\u00e9iques et subit une d\u00e9composition de substance dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature de 258-408 \u2103. Le poids mol\u00e9culaire moyen est de 50 kDa, compos\u00e9 de glucose, de mannose, de galactose et d'arabinose, avec un rapport de masse molaire de 6,5:1,3:1:1 pour chaque monosaccharide. Le SSP est un polysaccharide sans structure ramifi\u00e9e, et ses unit\u00e9s chimiques r\u00e9p\u00e9titives sont \u2192 3) - \u03b1 - D-Galp - (1 \u2192 2) - \u03b2 - D-Glup - (1 \u2192 3) - \u03b2 - L-Araf - (1 \u2192 3) - \u03b1 - D-Man p - (1 \u2192). Sa structure spatiale est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par une structure en r\u00e9seau de cha\u00eenes de polysaccharides entrelac\u00e9es. Un mod\u00e8le d'inflammation r\u00e9ussi a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli, et 25 \u03bc g\/mL ou 75 \u03bc g\/mL de polysaccharide SSP ont significativement inhib\u00e9 l'expression de TNF - \u03b1, COX-2 et iNOS dans les cellules inflammatoires RAW 264.7 (P0,05).<\/p>\n<p>Selon les rapports, les patients souffrant d'h\u00e9morragie c\u00e9r\u00e9brale et de la maladie d'Alzheimer pr\u00e9sentent des niveaux significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de chimiokines (TNF-\u03b1) dans leur corps.
