Ils poss\u00e8dent des caract\u00e9ristiques biologiques uniques, interagissent avec les plantes h\u00f4tes et leur sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques, et produisent divers m\u00e9tabolites secondaires importants. Ils peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, l'agriculture et l'industrie alimentaire avec une gamme d'activit\u00e9s biologiques.<br \/>\nLe Fusarium est un type de champignon filamenteux largement r\u00e9pandu dans le sol et les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de nombreux chercheurs ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires des champignons Fusarium et ont d\u00e9couvert qu'ils peuvent non seulement produire trois toxines fongiques principales : fumonis, trichoth\u00e9c\u00e8nes et z\u00e9aral\u00e9nones, mais aussi produire des terp\u00e8nes, des amides, des quinones et des polyc\u00e9tones ayant des activit\u00e9s biologiques significatives. Des recherches dans la litt\u00e9rature pertinente ont permis de constater que les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires du champignon endophyte Fusarium gutiforme dans les plantes font l'objet de relativement peu de recherches. Afin d'enrichir la composition chimique des m\u00e9tabolites de Fusarium gutiforme et d'examiner l'impact de la fermentation en milieu solide sur leurs m\u00e9tabolites secondaires, cette \u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 diverses m\u00e9thodes de s\u00e9paration chromatographique et des techniques spectroscopiques modernes pour \u00e9tudier la composition chimique des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires de la fermentation du riz par le champignon endophyte Fusarium gutiforme. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les compos\u00e9s obtenus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s pour leur activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire in vitro, dans le but de d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles mol\u00e9cules actives et d'enrichir les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires du genre Fusarium.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sept compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s et identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de la fraction d'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle du riz ferment\u00e9 par Gutiforme. Parmi eux, le compos\u00e9 1 est un nouveau d\u00e9riv\u00e9 biph\u00e9nyle contenant des liaisons peroxydes, tandis que les compos\u00e9s 2-7 sont des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s benz\u00e9niques, des acides ph\u00e9noliques, des st\u00e9ro\u00efdes, de l'ergost\u00e9rol et des compos\u00e9s furfuraux, tous isol\u00e9s de ce champignon pour la premi\u00e8re fois, ce qui enrichit consid\u00e9rablement la diversit\u00e9 structurelle des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires du genre Fusarium. En m\u00eame temps, la plupart des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s dim\u00e9riques ou polym\u00e9riques ont une forte activit\u00e9 pharmacologique et une grande stabilit\u00e9, et les recherches sur les d\u00e9riv\u00e9s dim\u00e9riques se multiplient. Paik et al. ont rapport\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9riv\u00e9s dim\u00e9riques contenant des structures cycliques benz\u00e9niques, parmi lesquels les dim\u00e8res d'ester de phtalate ont une bonne s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 et cytotoxicit\u00e9 contre le cancer du col de l'ut\u00e9rus humain, et n'ont pas d'effet cytotoxique sur les cellules normales du col de l'ut\u00e9rus. Les dim\u00e8res d'art\u00e9misinine li\u00e9s par des liaisons alkyle, ester, \u00e9ther, etc. ont souvent une activit\u00e9 antipaludique in vitro et in vivo plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, des effets secondaires moins toxiques et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physicochimiques stables que les compos\u00e9s mononucl\u00e9aires. En outre, des rapports ant\u00e9rieurs ont montr\u00e9 que les d\u00e9riv\u00e9s des cycles benz\u00e9niques, des ph\u00e9nols et des st\u00e9ro\u00efdes ont des activit\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires, antioxydantes, antitumorales, antibact\u00e9riennes et autres. Les activit\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires des compos\u00e9s 1-7 isol\u00e9s de Gutiforme ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9liminaire in vitro.
