Merr, une plante appartenant \u00e0 la famille des Menispermaceae. Elle est principalement r\u00e9pandue dans les r\u00e9gions de Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan et autres, avec une large distribution et un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9, et a une longue histoire d'application folklorique. Selon le Compendium national des plantes m\u00e9dicinales chinoises, le Kuan Jin Teng a un go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement amer et une nature fra\u00eeche, et a pour effet de dissiper le vent, de soulager la douleur, de d\u00e9tendre les muscles et d'activer les collat\u00e9rales. Le Kuanjinteng, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de \"Lezhe\" dans la m\u00e9decine tib\u00e9taine, est une plante m\u00e9dicinale couramment utilis\u00e9e dans la m\u00e9decine tib\u00e9taine. Elle permet de dissiper le vent et l'humidit\u00e9, de d\u00e9tendre les tendons et d'activer les canaux collat\u00e9raux, et a des effets th\u00e9rapeutiques significatifs. Le \"Jingzhu Bencao\" rapporte que le Kuanjinteng \"traite la combinaison de la diarrh\u00e9e et de la stase du sang rouge, ainsi que la maladie du bacon, le rhumatisme et la diarrh\u00e9e\". Les compos\u00e9s isol\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s pour leur inhibition de l'activit\u00e9 de lib\u00e9ration de NO induite par le lipopolysaccharide dans les cellules RAW264.7, afin de rechercher et de d\u00e9couvrir les principes actifs du Platycodon grandiflorus et de jeter les bases d'un d\u00e9veloppement et d'une utilisation ult\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette exp\u00e9rience, des techniques de s\u00e9paration multiples ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es pour isoler et identifier 13 compos\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des parties chloroforme et n-butanol de la vigne \u00e0 larges feuilles, dont 2 compos\u00e9s lipidiques glycosides c\u00e9r\u00e9braux (1, 3), 5 compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9nylpropano\u00efdes (5, 7, 10, 11, 12), 2 compos\u00e9s terp\u00e9no\u00efdes (4, 9), 1 compos\u00e9 d'acide amin\u00e9 (13), et 3 autres compos\u00e9s (2, 6, 8). Parmi eux, le compos\u00e9 8 a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en tant que produit naturel, les compos\u00e9s 1, 2, 3, 6 et 11 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 partir de plantes de la famille des Menispermaceae, et le compos\u00e9 13 a \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 partir du Platycodon grandiflorus.
