Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ils sont \u00e9galement devenus un sujet d'actualit\u00e9 dans la recherche sur la chimie m\u00e9dicinale naturelle. Les champignons symbiotiques d'insectes sont des champignons qui ont pass\u00e9 tout ou partie de leur cycle de vie dans l'insecte h\u00f4te sans provoquer de sympt\u00f4mes d'infection significatifs chez l'h\u00f4te. Ces substances actives antibact\u00e9riennes peuvent \u00eatre li\u00e9es au traitement de la gastrite par les neuf vers \u00e0 \u00e9pices. L'effet antibact\u00e9rien de l'insecte de Jiuxiang sugg\u00e8re que ses champignons endophytes peuvent \u00e9galement produire des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires ayant une activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, on manque de rapports pertinents sur les champignons endophytes et leurs m\u00e9tabolites du scarab\u00e9e \u00e0 neuf \u00e9pices. Cette \u00e9tude a choisi l'insecte \u00e0 neuf \u00e9pices comme objet de recherche, a isol\u00e9 une souche d'Aspergillus de son intestin et a utilis\u00e9 un milieu de culture solide de riz pour une fermentation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. Les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s, purifi\u00e9s et identifi\u00e9s structurellement, et leur activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e afin d'obtenir des m\u00e9tabolites ayant une bonne activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne et d'enrichir la composition chimique et la recherche sur l'activit\u00e9 biologique des endophytes d'insectes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, le gel de silice, le MCI, la chromatographie sur colonne de gel et les m\u00e9thodes liquides semi-pr\u00e9paratives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour s\u00e9parer et purifier les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires de l'Aspergillus septentrionalis endophyte. Six compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s, dont un nouveau compos\u00e9 et cinq compos\u00e9s connus, tous des polyk\u00e9tides. Selon le type de structure, ils peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en pyranones, diph\u00e9nyl\u00e9thers et butyrolactones. Les compos\u00e9s 1 et 2 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s d'Aspergillus pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Le compos\u00e9 4 de l'\u00e9ther diph\u00e9nylique pr\u00e9sente une certaine activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne, et la litt\u00e9rature rapporte \u00e9galement que ces compos\u00e9s ont une bonne activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne, en particulier avec des effets de substitution halog\u00e8ne plus importants. Il est donc possible d'isoler et de purifier des compos\u00e9s similaires \u00e0 partir d'autres parties de l'extrait bact\u00e9rien, parmi lesquels se trouvent de nombreux compos\u00e9s \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 exceptionnelle qui m\u00e9ritent d'\u00eatre explor\u00e9s. La litt\u00e9rature rapporte que la querc\u00e9tine (3) a de bonnes activit\u00e9s biologiques antioxydantes et anti-brunissement, qui peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9tudi\u00e9es pour des activit\u00e9s biologiques connexes.
