Coptis chinensis appartient \u00e0 la famille des Ranunculaceae et au genre Coptis. Selon le Compendium of Materia Medica, Coptis chinensis a pour effet de dissiper la chaleur, d'ass\u00e9cher l'humidit\u00e9, de purger le feu et de d\u00e9sintoxiquer. Il existe environ 18 esp\u00e8ces de plantes Huanglian, dont 6 sont produites en Chine, \u00e0 savoir Huanglian, Sanjiaoyou Huanglian, Yunnan Huanglian, Emei Huanglian, Wuye Huanglian et Wujian Huanglian. Une variante est le Short sepal Huanglian, et les trois premiers sont commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s \"Weilian\", \"Yalian\" et \"Yunlian\". Le Sichuan est l'une des principales r\u00e9gions de production du Huanglian. Selon la \"Biographie des m\u00e9decins c\u00e9l\u00e8bres\", \"le Huanglian est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Wuyang et dans les montagnes du comt\u00e9 de Shu, et \u00e9tait r\u00e9colt\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier et en ao\u00fbt\". D\u00e8s avant la dynastie Ming, le Huanglian a \u00e9t\u00e9 cultiv\u00e9 artificiellement dans la r\u00e9gion d'Emei, au Sichuan. Actuellement, il existe des bases de plantation de GAP Weilian dans la r\u00e9gion d'Emei au Sichuan. La d\u00e9coction de Huanglian, un rem\u00e8de traditionnel chinois, a des effets antibact\u00e9riens in vitro significatifs sur Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli et d'autres bact\u00e9ries. Le m\u00e9canisme antibact\u00e9rien du Huanglian et de ses ingr\u00e9dients actifs est complexe et diversifi\u00e9 : il endommage les membranes des cellules bact\u00e9riennes, inhibe la synth\u00e8se des macromol\u00e9cules intracellulaires, bloque la division et le d\u00e9veloppement bact\u00e9riens et interf\u00e8re avec la formation de l'anneau Z pour inhiber la prot\u00e9ine de division cellulaire FtsZ.<br \/>\nLes bact\u00e9ries endophytes sont des bact\u00e9ries ou des champignons qui habitent les organes des plantes, peuvent s'installer dans les tissus internes des plantes et ne causent pas de dommages significatifs \u00e0 l'h\u00f4te. Les bact\u00e9ries endophytes sont de nouvelles sources importantes de produits bioactifs dans les plantes. Des chercheurs ont isol\u00e9 le champignon endophyte Cytospora sp. de la pomme de pin Conocarpus erecta et ont recherch\u00e9 un nouveau compos\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rien, Cytosporone D, dans son bouillon de fermentation. Ce compos\u00e9 a montr\u00e9 des effets antibact\u00e9riens significatifs contre Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli et Candida albicans. La r\u00e9sistance aux antibiotiques, de plus en plus grave, constitue une menace importante pour la sant\u00e9 humaine, et l'exploration des ressources fongiques endophytiques des plantes m\u00e9dicinales est l'un des nouveaux moyens de rechercher de nouveaux antibiotiques.<br \/>\nCoptis chinensis \u00e9tant l'une des principales r\u00e9gions productrices, les recherches sur la diversit\u00e9 des champignons endophytes de Coptis chinensis du Sichuan sont encore insuffisantes. En m\u00eame temps, il n'y a pas de recherche sur l'activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne et le m\u00e9canisme des m\u00e9tabolites des champignons endophytes de Coptis chinensis. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, les recherches sur les champignons endophytes de Coptis chinensis se sont concentr\u00e9es sur l'isolement de compos\u00e9s monom\u00e8res dans les m\u00e9tabolites des souches bact\u00e9riennes et sur le d\u00e9pistage des champignons endophytes de Coptis chinensis qui produisent de la berb\u00e9rine. La poursuite des recherches sur la diversit\u00e9 des champignons endophytes des plantes m\u00e9dicinales et de leurs m\u00e9tabolites est tr\u00e8s importante et pr\u00e9cieuse. Par cons\u00e9quent, en se basant sur les avantages g\u00e9ographiques du Sichuan Huanglian, cette \u00e9tude explore la diversit\u00e9 des champignons endophytes du Sichuan Huanglian, \u00e9tudie plus avant le m\u00e9canisme antibact\u00e9rien de leurs m\u00e9tabolites et fournit une base pour l'application des ressources fongiques endophytiques dans le Huanglian.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, 14 champignons endophytes, dont Paraboremia sp, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s des rhizomes, des tiges, des feuilles et des racines fibreuses des plantes de Coptis chinensis Ilyonectria sp.\u3001Clonostachys sp.\u3001Volutella sp.\u3001Fusarium avenaceum\u3001Cylidrocladiella sp.\u3001Cercospora sp.\u3001Dendryphion nanum\u3001Phomatospora biseriata\u3001Colletotrichum sp.\u3001Didymellaceae sp.\u3002 \u00c0 l'exception des genres Ilyonectoria et Fusarium signal\u00e9s dans la litt\u00e9rature, les 12 autres champignons endophytes n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s. Par cons\u00e9quent, cette \u00e9tude enrichit consid\u00e9rablement la diversit\u00e9 des esp\u00e8ces de champignons endophytes de Coptis chinensis dans la r\u00e9gion du Sichuan et jette de bonnes bases pour les recherches futures.<br \/>\nLe huanglian, m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise, a de bons effets antibact\u00e9riens et anti-inflammatoires, mais il y a peu de recherches dans le domaine des bact\u00e9ries endophytes. Cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 l'inhibition de S Cop L01, une souche fongique endophyte de Coptis chinensis cultiv\u00e9e par Aureus, appartenant \u00e0 Colletotrichum sp. En comparant la litt\u00e9rature nationale et \u00e9trang\u00e8re, on constate que ce type de bact\u00e9rie est une bact\u00e9rie endophyte commune dans les plantes, y compris Artemisia annua, Dendrobium officinale, Taxus chinensis, et d'autres plantes, qui ont toutes \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9es. Parall\u00e8lement, de nombreuses \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es sur l'activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne des m\u00e9tabolites de ce champignon. Les m\u00e9tabolites de Colletotrichum sp., un champignon endophyte dans Artemisia annua, ont des effets antibact\u00e9riens sur Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans et Aspergillus niger ; l'extrait de m\u00e9thanol de Colletotrichum sp, un champignon endophyte de Huangjing, a montr\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne contre Staphylococcus aureus multir\u00e9sistant avec une valeur MIC de 31 \u03bc g\/mL. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, la souche Cop L01 obtenue dans cette \u00e9tude m\u00e9rite d'\u00eatre \u00e9tudi\u00e9e plus avant. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de mener des recherches plus approfondies sur la composition des m\u00e9tabolites de Cop L01 et sur la structure des compos\u00e9s apparent\u00e9s. La litt\u00e9rature a \u00e9galement fait \u00e9tat de champignons endophytes de Cop produisant de la berb\u00e9rine, ce qui peut permettre d'\u00e9tudier plus avant si les champignons endophytes de Cop peuvent produire des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires identiques ou similaires \u00e0 ceux de l'h\u00f4te, ou l'\u00e9mergence de nouvelles substances actives.
