La tyrosinase (EC1.14.18.1, tyrosinase), \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de polyph\u00e9nol oxydase, est une enzyme cl\u00e9 dans la biosynth\u00e8se de la m\u00e9lanine chez les animaux, les plantes et les micro-organismes. Son activit\u00e9 d'expression d\u00e9termine le taux et la quantit\u00e9 de production de m\u00e9lanine. Les inhibiteurs de la tyrosinase ont de grandes perspectives d'application dans les cosm\u00e9tiques, la conservation des fruits et l\u00e9gumes, les biopesticides et le traitement des maladies du m\u00e9tabolisme de la m\u00e9lanine. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, les inhibiteurs de la tyrosinase sont principalement obtenus par extraction de produits naturels ou par synth\u00e8se chimique. Sur la base des caract\u00e9ristiques morphologiques, des caract\u00e9ristiques de culture, des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiologiques et biochimiques, de la composition chimique de la paroi cellulaire et de l'analyse de la s\u00e9quence du g\u00e8ne de l'ARNr 16, la souche 89-2-2 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9liminairement identifi\u00e9e comme Streptomyces setonii. La CI50 de l'extrait du m\u00e9tabolite de Streptomyces setonii 89-2-2 pour l'activit\u00e9 in vitro de la tyrosinase diph\u00e9nolase des champignons \u00e9tait de 0,478 mg\/mL. Dans la gamme de concentration de 100-1000 \u03bc g\/mL, l'extrait de la souche 89-2-2 n'avait pas d'effet significatif sur la prolif\u00e9ration des cellules de m\u00e9lanome de souris B16, mais pouvait inhiber de mani\u00e8re significative l'activit\u00e9 tyrosinase intracellulaire et r\u00e9duire efficacement la teneur en m\u00e9lanine intracellulaire ; Apr\u00e8s 48 heures de traitement avec 1000 \u03bc g\/mL d'extrait, les cellules B16 ont montr\u00e9 une diminution de 48% de l'activit\u00e9 tyrosinase intracellulaire et une diminution de 31% de la teneur en m\u00e9lanine.
