La d\u00e9composition de la liti\u00e8re foresti\u00e8re d\u00e9pend de la diversit\u00e9 des champignons, et la liti\u00e8re foresti\u00e8re est \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un bon habitat pour les champignons. Les ressources fongiques de la liti\u00e8re foresti\u00e8re de Daxing'anling sont abondantes. Zhang et al. ont d\u00e9couvert que les extraits de six champignons de la liti\u00e8re foresti\u00e8re de Daxing'anling ont une activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne, et quatre compos\u00e9s monom\u00e8res ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus \u00e0 partir de deux champignons. Qiu a isol\u00e9 deux compos\u00e9s monom\u00e8res ayant une activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne \u00e0 partir de champignons de la liti\u00e8re foresti\u00e8re de la cha\u00eene du Grand Khingan. Cette \u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 trois souches de champignons de la liti\u00e8re foresti\u00e8re ayant une activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne dans les montagnes du Grand Khingan comme mat\u00e9riel pour isoler et identifier les principaux compos\u00e9s antibact\u00e9riens qu'ils produisent. Au total, huit compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus (voir figure 1), dont deux produits naturels de nouvelle structure et cinq compos\u00e9s \u00e0 activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne. Cette \u00e9tude jette les bases d'une utilisation plus pouss\u00e9e des compos\u00e9s antibact\u00e9riens produits par les champignons de la liti\u00e8re foresti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, huit compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de trois champignons de liti\u00e8re foresti\u00e8re SGSF622, SGSF289 et SGSF062 dans la cha\u00eene du Grand Khingan, dont deux nouveaux compos\u00e9s, le 1-m\u00e9thoxy-Ch53825 (1) et l'acide 3,4-dihydroxy-10-m\u00e9thyl-2-m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne-t\u00e9trad\u00e9cyl-9-\u00e9no\u00efque (2). Leurs structures planaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es, mais leurs st\u00e9r\u00e9oisom\u00e8res doivent faire l'objet d'une \u00e9tude plus approfondie, et leur rotation optique ainsi que d'autres donn\u00e9es spectrales doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9es. La st\u00e9r\u00e9ostructure des compos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans cet article a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue en comparant les donn\u00e9es magn\u00e9tiques nucl\u00e9aires de la litt\u00e9rature, et leur configuration absolue pr\u00e9cise doit encore faire l'objet de recherches. Les trois genres de champignons qui font l'objet de cette \u00e9tude ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s comme ayant des structures de produits naturels et des activit\u00e9s biologiques. Les champignons Berkleismum ont des activit\u00e9s antifongiques, antibact\u00e9riennes et antitumorales. En 2009, Cai et al. ont isol\u00e9 un m\u00e9lange de di\u00e9poxine eta et de di\u00e9poxine z\u00eata, ainsi que de di\u00e9poxine kappa, dans le bouillon de fermentation de la bact\u00e9rie endophyte Berkleismum sp. Dzf12. Ils ont une structure similaire au compos\u00e9 1 de cette \u00e9tude et appartiennent \u00e0 la classe des compos\u00e9s spironaphtal\u00e8nes. L'article rapporte \u00e9galement leurs effets sur Escherichia coli, Agrobacterium tumefaciens et X. vesicatoria. Le pathog\u00e8ne de la tache foliaire du concombre (P. lachrymans) et Bacillus subtilis ont une bonne activit\u00e9 inhibitrice. Des champignons Oidiodendron ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de 10 m\u00e9thoxydihydrofuscine, fuscinarine et fuscine. Ces compos\u00e9s se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s se lier efficacement \u00e0 la prot\u00e9ine inflammatoire des macrophages (MIP) -1R et au CCR5 humain, qui est une cible anti-VIH-1 importante pouvant interf\u00e9rer avec l'entr\u00e9e du VIH dans les cellules. Ces compos\u00e9s n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9s dans cette \u00e9tude. Qiu a isol\u00e9 le produit naturel du champignon Parapyenchaeta SGSF449 et a s\u00e9par\u00e9 le m\u00e9tabolite 4,6,8-trihydroxy-7-m\u00e9thoxy-3-m\u00e9thyldihydroisocoumarine de son produit de fermentation. Ce compos\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 partir de Scytalidium et nomm\u00e9 lignicol, ce qui correspond \u00e0 la structure chimique du compos\u00e9 6 dans cet article. Cette \u00e9tude rapporte pour la premi\u00e8re fois les donn\u00e9es spectrales du compos\u00e9 1 et du compos\u00e9 2, ainsi que l'activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne des compos\u00e9s 2 et 3. \u00c0 l'exception du compos\u00e9 6, tous les autres compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 partir des genres fongiques appartenant aux trois champignons.
