Kuhn var. latiusulum (Desv) Underw, plante appartenant au genre Pteridium de la famille des Pteridiaceae, est connue pour ses feuilles et ses tiges tendres. Elle est \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de l\u00e9gume poing, l\u00e9gume ruyi, l\u00e9gume griffe de dragon, etc. Comme il pousse dans les montagnes, les for\u00eats et les r\u00e9gions sauvages, il est vert, naturel et non pollu\u00e9. En outre, elle est d\u00e9licieuse \u00e0 manger et a un go\u00fbt croquant et rafra\u00eechissant, tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par les gens. Il est donc urgent de mettre au point une m\u00e9thode rapide, \u00e9cologique et facile \u00e0 utiliser pour d\u00e9terminer la teneur totale en polysaccharides des foug\u00e8res.<br \/>\nCes derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l'utilisation de la technologie de la spectroscopie infrarouge moyenne \u00e0 transform\u00e9e de Fourier (FTIR) combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes chimiom\u00e9triques pour construire un mod\u00e8le de pr\u00e9diction rapide de la teneur en compos\u00e9s dans les plantes a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'analyse quantitative non destructive des composants connexes. Cependant, aucun rapport n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 sur l'analyse quantitative des polysaccharides totaux dans les foug\u00e8res \u00e0 l'aide de cette technologie.<br \/>\nC'est pourquoi cette \u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 la technologie d'analyse par spectroscopie infrarouge \u00e0 transform\u00e9e de Fourier combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes chimiom\u00e9triques pour \u00e9tudier les effets de diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de pr\u00e9traitement spectral et de la s\u00e9lection de diff\u00e9rentes bandes caract\u00e9ristiques sur leur analyse quantitative. Un mod\u00e8le de pr\u00e9diction rapide de la teneur totale en polysaccharides des foug\u00e8res a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli, fournissant une m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9tection rapide de la teneur en polysaccharides des foug\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette exp\u00e9rience a permis de recueillir des spectres infrarouges \u00e0 transform\u00e9e de Fourier de la poudre de foug\u00e8re et d'\u00e9tablir un mod\u00e8le de moindres carr\u00e9s partiels pour pr\u00e9dire la teneur totale en polysaccharides de la foug\u00e8re. Lors de l'inspection d'un \u00e9chantillon externe complet, l'erreur de pr\u00e9diction de la teneur totale en polysaccharides des foug\u00e8res n'est que de -0,35% \u00e0 0,31%. Ce mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9sente de bonnes performances en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9diction. Par rapport aux m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles de d\u00e9termination de la teneur en polysaccharides, cette m\u00e9thode se caract\u00e9rise par un pr\u00e9traitement simple des \u00e9chantillons, un fonctionnement rapide et pratique, des r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9cis et fiables et une bonne praticit\u00e9. Elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9termination rapide de la teneur totale en polysaccharides des foug\u00e8res, ce qui peut r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de l'industrialisation des foug\u00e8res et promouvoir son application dans la production pratique.
