B-152, un champignon endophyte du dragonnier \u00e0 feuilles d'\u00e9p\u00e9e<br \/>\nLes endophytes d\u00e9signent un groupe de micro-organismes qui vivent dans les tissus v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sains mais ne provoquent pas d'infections ou de maladies chez l'h\u00f4te. Ils sont largement pr\u00e9sents dans les tissus v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sains et contiennent non seulement de riches groupes de g\u00e8nes de synth\u00e8se de m\u00e9tabolites secondaires, mais produisent \u00e9galement divers ingr\u00e9dients actifs. Elles peuvent am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance des plantes au stress, comme la tol\u00e9rance au sel, la tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 la s\u00e9cheresse, la tol\u00e9rance au froid et la r\u00e9sistance aux insectes. En raison des diverses activit\u00e9s biologiques des champignons endophytes, Colletotrichum est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un candidat m\u00e9dicament potentiel. Le genre Colletotrichum contient de nombreux champignons endophytes de plantes, et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son riche groupe de g\u00e8nes biosynth\u00e9tiques, Colletotrichum est devenu une source importante de divers m\u00e9tabolites, tels que les phosphopeptides cycliques, l'anthraquinone, les lactones d'acide isophtalique et la pyranone. Les divers extraits et m\u00e9tabolites secondaires de Colletotrichum ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s comme ayant une activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne.<br \/>\nL'\u00e9quipe de recherche a d\u00e9couvert au d\u00e9but que le champignon endophyte Colletotrichum sp. B-152 isol\u00e9 du tissu foliaire de Dracaena Vand. ex L. et Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S. C. Chen de la famille des Liliaceae poss\u00e8de une activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne \u00e0 large spectre. Par cons\u00e9quent, les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s et purifi\u00e9s, et 18 bact\u00e9ries indicatrices pathog\u00e8nes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es comme cibles pour les tests d'activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne des compos\u00e9s monom\u00e8res obtenus, afin de d\u00e9couvrir des compos\u00e9s ayant une activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne potentielle. Cette \u00e9tude constitue non seulement une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la d\u00e9couverte de nouveaux compos\u00e9s actifs naturels, mais elle rev\u00eat \u00e9galement une grande importance pour l'enrichissement des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires et de la diversit\u00e9 fonctionnelle du genre Colletotrichum.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons isol\u00e9 un total de 9 compos\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires du champignon endophyte Colletotrichum sp. B-152, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9 et conserv\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du dragonnier \u00e0 feuilles d'\u00e9p\u00e9e. Les compos\u00e9s 2-4, 6, 7 et 9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 partir d'un champignon du genre Colletotrichum. Le 2-Hydroxy-4-m\u00e9thyl-1-ph\u00e9nyl-3-pentanone (1) a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en tant que produit naturel. D'apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats de l'activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne, les compos\u00e9s 5, 7 et 8 ont la m\u00eame structure que les compos\u00e9s de la m\u00eame s\u00e9rie, mais pr\u00e9sentent des activit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes, et leur relation structure-activit\u00e9 doit faire l'objet de recherches et de v\u00e9rifications suppl\u00e9mentaires ; le compos\u00e9 2 a une activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne plus forte contre Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC 19606 que le compos\u00e9 1, ce qui peut \u00eatre li\u00e9 aux diff\u00e9rents substituants en position 3 dans les structures des deux compos\u00e9s.
