Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois par le professeur Zhang Hongda de l'universit\u00e9 Sun Yat sen en 1990, et le sp\u00e9cimen type a \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9 \u00e0 Enshi, dans la province de Hubei. Selon le volume 49, volume 3 de la Flore de Chine, il y a environ 36 genres et 700 esp\u00e8ces de plantes dans la famille des Theaceae. Le genre Theaceae est le plus grand de la famille Theaceae, et il y a 238 esp\u00e8ces de plantes Theaceae en Chine, principalement r\u00e9parties du sud-ouest au sud-est, avec le plus grand nombre dans le Yunnan, le Guangxi, le Guangdong et le Sichuan. Les composants chimiques des plantes de Camellia comprennent principalement des flavono\u00efdes, des saponines, des polyph\u00e9nols, des st\u00e9rols v\u00e9g\u00e9taux, des acides gras et des alcalo\u00efdes. Parmi eux, les flavono\u00efdes sont principalement des flavonols, la querc\u00e9tine, le kaempf\u00e9rol et les cat\u00e9chines \u00e9tant les plus courants ; les principaux composants saponiques sont des saponines triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes pentacycliques de type ol\u00e9ane. L'activit\u00e9 biologique se manifeste sous divers aspects tels que l'activit\u00e9 antibact\u00e9rienne, l'activit\u00e9 anti-mutation, l'activit\u00e9 anti-cancer, l'activit\u00e9 antiulc\u00e9reuse, l'activit\u00e9 antioxydante et l'activit\u00e9 hypolipidique.<br \/>\nLa famille des transporteurs d'ur\u00e9e (UT) est un type de mol\u00e9cule prot\u00e9ique canal qui transporte l'ur\u00e9e (urea). Actuellement, deux familles, UT-A (UT-A1, UT-A2, UT-A3, UT-A4, UT-A5 et UT-A6) et UT-B, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es. Les UT jouent un r\u00f4le important dans le cycle r\u00e9nal de l'ur\u00e9e, en \u00e9tablissant un gradient de concentration d'ur\u00e9e dans le tissu m\u00e9dullaire r\u00e9nal et en participant au m\u00e9canisme de concentration de l'urine. La concentration d'ur\u00e9e et la pression osmotique dans le tissu m\u00e9dullaire r\u00e9nal des souris knock-out UT-B ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites, et la capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite de concentration de l'urine n'a pas affect\u00e9 les autres fonctions r\u00e9nales et le taux de clairance des autres solut\u00e9s majeurs (Na+, K+, Cl -) dans l'organisme. Afin d'explorer plus avant les substances m\u00e9dicinales de base du Camellia sinensis, cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 sa composition chimique et obtenu 15 compos\u00e9s monom\u00e8res, dont 9 flavono\u00efdes, 3 acides ph\u00e9noliques, 2 chromog\u00e8nes et leurs d\u00e9riv\u00e9s, et 1 compos\u00e9 coumarinique. Leurs structures chimiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lucid\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide de techniques telles que la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse et la spectroscopie de r\u00e9sonance magn\u00e9tique nucl\u00e9aire. Les 15 compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 partir de plantes de Camellia sinensis, et les compos\u00e9s 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 et 11 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 partir du genre Camellia. Les types de compos\u00e9s isol\u00e9s montrent que les principaux compos\u00e9s du Camellia sinensis sont des flavono\u00efdes et des acides ph\u00e9noliques, qui correspondent fondamentalement aux types de compos\u00e9s du genre Camellia. L'activit\u00e9 inhibitrice de l'UT-B des compos\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e et les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que l'acide gallique (14) et la myric\u00e9tine (15) avaient une activit\u00e9 diur\u00e9tique significative.
