Elle peut contaminer divers produits agricoles et alimentaires et provoquer des maladies cutan\u00e9es chez les animaux. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, un grand nombre d'\u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 qu'Aspergillus niger produit d'abondants m\u00e9tabolites secondaires aux structures chimiques diverses, ce qui en fait un r\u00e9servoir de ressources chimiques naturelles. Selon la recherche PubMed, des progr\u00e8s significatifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans l'\u00e9tude des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires et de leurs activit\u00e9s biologiques d'Aspergillus niger entre 2017 et juillet 2022. Au total, 325 compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de 37 souches de bact\u00e9ries, dont 111 \u00e9taient de nouveaux produits naturels (voir figure 11), notamment des peptides cycliques, des alcalo\u00efdes, des terp\u00e8nes, des polyc\u00e9tones et d'autres types de structures, avec des activit\u00e9s antibact\u00e9riennes, antioxydantes, antitumorales, antivirales et autres. Ces \u00e9tudes indiquent que les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires d'Aspergillus niger provenant de diff\u00e9rentes sources d'habitat sont significativement diff\u00e9rents. Les diff\u00e9rentes sources d'habitat d'Aspergillus activeront diff\u00e9rentes voies de biosynth\u00e8se en raison des diff\u00e9rences dans leurs environnements de vie, entra\u00eenant des changements dans leurs m\u00e9canismes et voies m\u00e9taboliques, ce qui se traduira par des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires plus sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l'habitat et structurellement diversifi\u00e9s. Les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires microbiens sont des ressources importantes pour la d\u00e9couverte de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments tels que les antibiotiques, les inhibiteurs d'enzymes, les m\u00e9dicaments antitumoraux et les m\u00e9dicaments antiviraux. Cependant, en raison de la difficult\u00e9 de cultiver artificiellement des micro-organismes dans la nature, plus de 90% de micro-organismes n'ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s, ce qui rend de plus en plus difficile le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux types de substances microbiennes naturellement actives \u00e0 l'aide de micro-organismes. Le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de cet article indique que la m\u00eame souche de bact\u00e9ries peut \u00e9galement produire divers m\u00e9tabolites secondaires \u00e0 partir de diff\u00e9rents habitats, ce qui a une grande valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l'\u00e9tude des produits naturels microbiens. En outre, la recherche en biologie mol\u00e9culaire a montr\u00e9 que de nombreux groupes de g\u00e8nes du m\u00e9tabolisme secondaire dans les micro-organismes sont r\u00e9duits au silence et ne sont pas exprim\u00e9s. La mani\u00e8re d'activer ces groupes de g\u00e8nes silencieux pour utiliser pleinement des ressources microbiennes limit\u00e9es est \u00e9galement une question scientifique importante.
