Les branches de m\u00fbrier ont une nature plate, un go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement amer et appartiennent au m\u00e9ridien du foie. Il s'agit d'une plante m\u00e9dicinale chinoise traditionnelle qui a pour effet de dissiper le vent et l'humidit\u00e9, de favoriser la sant\u00e9 des articulations et qui est principalement utilis\u00e9e pour traiter des sympt\u00f4mes tels que les rhumatismes, la paralysie, l'engourdissement des articulations et les douleurs au niveau des bras et des \u00e9paules. D'anciens livres indiquent que les branches de m\u00fbrier peuvent \"traiter la s\u00e9cheresse de la bouche, nourrir les fluides corporels et l'eau des reins\" et qu'elles ont pour effets th\u00e9rapeutiques d'ass\u00e9cher l'humidit\u00e9, de favoriser la circulation sanguine et la circulation des m\u00e9ridiens. Une extraction ultrasonique a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e et une chromatographie liquide ultra performante (UPLC) a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer et analyser la teneur en cinq flavono\u00efdes, dont la rutine, le pigment de m\u00fbrier, le kaempf\u00e9rol, l'isoquercitrine et la querc\u00e9tine de m\u00fbrier, dans ces 18 lots de branches de m\u00fbrier provenant de 9 zones de production diff\u00e9rentes et de 3 types diff\u00e9rents. Cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode d'extraction \u00e0 reflux par chauffage au m\u00e9thanol, la m\u00e9thode d'extraction par ultrasons au m\u00e9thanol, la m\u00e9thode d'extraction \u00e0 reflux par chauffage \u00e0 l'\u00e9thanol et la m\u00e9thode d'extraction par ultrasons \u00e0 l'\u00e9thanol. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que l'utilisation du m\u00e9thanol comme solvant d'extraction donnait de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Les effets d'extraction de la m\u00e9thode d'extraction par reflux chauffant et de la m\u00e9thode d'extraction par ultrasons n'\u00e9taient pas significativement diff\u00e9rents. Compte tenu de la simplicit\u00e9 d'utilisation de la m\u00e9thode d'extraction par ultrasons, la m\u00e9thode d'extraction par ultrasons au m\u00e9thanol a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie dans cette \u00e9tude. Cette \u00e9tude a pris en compte simultan\u00e9ment les effets de la temp\u00e9rature d'extraction, de la dur\u00e9e d'extraction et des temps d'extraction sur l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'extraction. Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux finaux ont montr\u00e9 que l'effet d'extraction global \u00e9tait optimal lorsque la temp\u00e9rature d'extraction \u00e9tait de 25 \u2103, la dur\u00e9e d'extraction de 30 minutes et les temps d'extraction de 2 fois. Par cons\u00e9quent, les conditions d'extraction finales de cette exp\u00e9rience ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant l'utilisation d'une solution de m\u00e9thanol et d'une m\u00e9thode d'extraction par ultrasons, avec une temp\u00e9rature d'extraction de 25 \u2103, une dur\u00e9e d'extraction de 30 minutes et des temps d'extraction de 2 fois.<br \/>\nS\u00e9lection de la phase mobile. Cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rences entre les effets de quatre compositions de phase mobile (solution d'acide formique 0,2%+m\u00e9thanol, solution d'acide formique 0,2%+ac\u00e9tonitrile, solution d'acide phosphorique 0,2%+m\u00e9thanol, solution d'acide phosphorique 0,2%+ac\u00e9tonitrile) sur la formation des pics. Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux ont montr\u00e9 que lorsque la phase mobile \u00e9tait une solution d'acide formique 0,2%+m\u00e9thanol et une solution d'acide phosphorique 0,2%+m\u00e9thanol, le temps de formation du pic \u00e9tait plus tardif et le temps d'analyse plus long, en particulier pour la querc\u00e9tine. Lorsque la phase mobile \u00e9tait le m\u00e9thanol, le temps de formation du pic \u00e9tait plus tardif, ce qui affectait la dur\u00e9e totale de l'analyse. Lorsque la phase mobile \u00e9tait une solution d'acide phosphorique 0,2%+ac\u00e9tonitrile, le temps d'analyse \u00e9tait plus court, la forme du pic et l'effet de s\u00e9paration \u00e9taient meilleurs. Par cons\u00e9quent, cette \u00e9tude a choisi la solution d'acide phosphorique 0,2%+ac\u00e9tonitrile comme phase mobile. Parall\u00e8lement, l'influence de diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures de colonne (30, 35, 40 \u2103) sur les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux ont montr\u00e9 que l'effet de s\u00e9paration \u00e9tait optimal lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de la colonne \u00e9tait de 35 \u2103.<br \/>\nLa teneur en flavono\u00efdes des branches de m\u00fbrier. Les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche ont montr\u00e9 que la rutine, l'isoquercitrine, le pigment de m\u00fbre, le kaempf\u00e9rol et le kaempf\u00e9rol ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9s dans les 18 lots d'\u00e9chantillons de branches de m\u00fbrier, mais qu'il y avait des diff\u00e9rences significatives dans leur contenu. La teneur moyenne en kaempf\u00e9rol la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e9tait de 135,154 \u03bc g\/g, et la teneur moyenne en kaempf\u00e9rol la plus faible \u00e9tait de 6,929 \u03bc g\/g. Cela sugg\u00e8re que les branches de m\u00fbrier (en particulier Huasang dans la ville de Huangjueya, district de Nan'an) peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re pour extraire le kaempf\u00e9rol et continuer \u00e0 le d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 l'utiliser. La teneur de ces cinq flavono\u00efdes dans les branches de m\u00fbrier est influenc\u00e9e par divers facteurs, tels que la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9colte des branches, le type de m\u00fbrier, les parties des branches (avant, milieu et arri\u00e8re), l'origine des branches, etc. Le sangxinsu a des effets anti-virus du SIDA et anti-tumoraux. Les pigments de m\u00fbrier et l'isoquercitrine ont tous deux une activit\u00e9 antioxydante et peuvent pi\u00e9ger l'activit\u00e9 des radicaux libres DPPH. La rutine peut am\u00e9liorer l'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 des capillaires, prot\u00e9ger divers tissus et organes et induire l'apoptose des cellules. Le kaempf\u00e9rol a un bon effet inhibiteur sur les cellules canc\u00e9reuses. Comme la rutine, il induit l'apoptose au cours du processus de mort cellulaire et a des effets anticanc\u00e9reux.
